I had a few issues in getting in contact with Customer Services which I thought was strange as they are usually so very quick to respond. Turns out my emails ended up in their SPAM so this is a useful tip for anyone wishing to contact them - maybe call the phone number & speak to a human instead of relying on technology if you do not get a reply straight away.

My query was resolved and I was refunded straightaway. Lovely polite and helpful staff and I will shop here again. I promised I would change my review as they no longer deserve the 1-star that I had originally awarded them. Happy Shopping!

This shop is fantastic and the staff are all so lovely. They all give you a warm welcome and help with whatever you need .
I love the lives that they do and it give you ideas on what items to put together.

So glad I found this website. Have bought many items and love them.
Size inclusive affordable clothing. Very good quality. Only had to return a couple of items due to sizing, but that was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a yellow and blue dress for a special occasion, as a larger lady I wanted something that looked and felt lovely and this was beautiful when it arrived. It was thinner material than I expected and was worried it would be weak but it was surprising strong and not see though and in the extremely hot weather its be fantastic. Will happily purchase again and recommend

Please take note of this review. They look loverly but the dresses do not last, one wash and the elastic breaks. Materials thin and see through. Not worth the money you are paying for items made in China. I had 2 dresses ruined after 1 wear so save your money. Sheen has been better quality and value which i never thought i would ever say. I can't comment on other products they sell because I have not purchased anything but the dresses. When I asked for a refund (straight away) they said how did I wash it. If 1 wash at 20 on delicate snaps the elastic then there was already something wrong with the quality.

So happy with the 2 crochet cardigans and the 2dresses I received.
I am a petite size but sizing perfect.

Easy online ordering with a quick delivery time. Every dress I have ordered fits perfectly which is a first for me as I usually order from petite ranges, the midi dresses are just the right length for me! I have had several orders from lucy lou boutique and everything has arrived promptly and well packed. I have loved everything I have received but had to return some items as just did not suit me. The clear wedges are fabulous but unfortunately I have wide feet 😢 jumpsuits are amazing as are the magic dresses. Blazers fab too. Nothing to dislike and sizing great x keep it up please.

I called up on Friday to enquire about the floral blazer to ask which store would have it in stock for me to visit and try it on. They shipped both sizes to the Churchtown store and I drove from Manchester and chose the best size for me. I also purchased other items whilst I was there as there were some beautiful clothes. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel welcome. Will definitely be back and joining your live stream to see what's new. Well done ladies, keep up the amazing customer service 👏

I have over 20 of Lucy Lous magic dresses they are so beautiful the patterns and the quality makes each one unique. Every time I wear one I get stopped and asked where I bought it. I've just received an order of another beautiful dress a lovely bardot top and 2 shirts. Keep doing what your doing and here's to my next purchase xx

I love the magic dresses the most, but have bought other clothes also.
Yesterday, i took my fist trip to the shop i was not disappointed. Lots of choice and a lovely setup. I enjoyed trying on a number of outfits and come home with a full bag. Staff are amazing so friendly and happy to help x

Fabulous Harlo Jeans.

These jeans are fabulous, they are so comfortable and the the fit is great, I ordered a black pair in the sale I was so impressed I ordered a 2nd pair in black.
I then purchased 2 pairs in blue and my 18 year old asked for a pair.
