Waste money - It's very bad
I followed all instructions, yet the company disregards basic consumer rights
I strictly followed all the instructions provided on the website. Upon receiving the product and opening the packaging, it was immediately clear that the item was not as advertised.
I contacted the company straight away and have now been caught in a slow and exhausting process for three days, simply trying to exercise my right to return the item. The product is 100% Chinese, identical to one I had previously purchased elsewhere at a lower price — with better service.
I do not recommend this seller at all. Do not expect anything beyond what you would find on AliExpress — in fact, you might be better off there, at least with clearer return policies. To make matters worse, the customer service representative is now attempting to charge me a fee to return something that is clearly my right to reject.
It is disheartening that, even in 2025, some companies still behave in ways that take advantage of customers. When a product is good, people are happy and recommend it — there's no need for fine print to trap someone into keeping something they don't want.
I will make my experience public to help others avoid the same situation. I am awaiting a quicker and fairer resolution from the company.
