Contact your bank if you’ve been scammed by this company
Just a further point to add to my recent review. I was unable to claim a chargeback as I didn’t pay by card but by bank transfer. If anyone else has this problem due to being scammed contact your bank and tell them what’s happened. They have a different procedure to reclaim your money.
We need to expose this man for what he is. So contact your bank and let’s get him stopped. He’s nothing but a thief and a conman

Why use Lovedoll UK when all products come from China? To be honest they look nothing like the site,photographs. I ordered 2 at a time when I was severely depressed and yes I regret it. Do yourselves a favour and go get a woman and cheer yourself in the old fashioned way…

I dealt with this company years ago, maybe eight years by now.
I purchased a preowned doll and the company was very helpful and professional.
Therefore I didn’t check any reviews this time when I wanted a newer doll, which has been very costly.
I purchased a preowned doll for £900, a used case for £199, and paid another £99 for postage.
Nothing has arrived and nothing ever will. There are no dolls on the site in my opinion, just photos.
I will save and buy a new doll somewhere else…and next time I will check the reviews first.

Having to write here because of no response to my emails and messages. I'm getting really frustrated at the lack of communication and updates on my order. I bought a used doll 2/7/24. I was told that the seller of the doll was out of the country so I would have to wait a week until they were back. I waited a week and no collection/delivery. After a few more emails to them asking for updates I was told that the seller was still out of the country and would be back in another week, so I waited another week. No communication or updates from lovedoll and still no collection from the seller to be delivered to me. The waiting time I can deal with, but the zero communication and no response to my emails is the most frustrating! I don't know if I will ever get the doll or a refund but what is evident is a lack of care to customers.
What I found strange at the time was I was unable to make the purchase with a card, credit or debit, and the only way the purchase could be made was via bank transfer, but I will ask the bank about that when I go into see them. The other thing that could be seen as a 'red flag' is the doll that I bought is still listed for sale on the website two weeks after I bought it... and yes the money left my account instantly as a 'faster payment', so lovedoll had received the payment at the time of the purchase. Anyway, if anyone from lovedoll reads this can you please contact me to confirm a refund or get the doll to me and I will be happy to update this comment. #133813

I believe this company has ceased trading, been waiting since 17th February for their removal and disposal service. I have tried all ways to contact them but no reply from any method.

Went for doll removal service (fast shipping 1 day). 2 weeks passed. No communication. No replies. By the way, they have no email to contact.
£1500, 4 months and no product
I spent over £1500 over 4 months ago on a doll and have yet to receive it and every form of communication I try is blocked. The automated bot on the website just says that it'll get someone else to get in touch which never happens and they ignore their emails. Their phone line has had a "server error" every time I have called so that is also impossible. Do not spend any money here because your product will just not arrive. This is my final way of attempting to initiate contact as I believe some of the more recent 5 star reviews are employee made so at least they see the reviews.

This my third purchase of a doll from Lovedoll UK, My first was back in 2018 then 2019 and this time a beautiful silicone doll by Irontech, was sitting on their website waiting for me to buy her.
I initially contacted Lovedoll though their website to ask a few questions about the doll, they were extremely quick to respond via email with the answers to all my questions. I decided to go ahead and purchase the doll, they contacted me with a delivery day, which they kindly worked around my work commitments and delivered the doll to my door on the requested day, I was kept informed via email all through the process. The service from Lovedoll was exceptional. I'm an extremely happy customer with a very beautiful doll

This is by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had in my life.
After paying £495 over ten days ago, I have attempted to contact them about 20 times. Phone, Email, Facebook, Site contact form. All read. All unanswered.
No form of contact is replied to. Just once, I got through on the phone and was made promises that "I will get back to you in 15 minutes" That was 6 days ago and now I cannot get through at all. "This line is not accepting calls"
I have never seen an organsiation where they genuinely actually do not give a damn!
A huge mistake.

Avoid this company, its a fake website that will take your money but won't deliver a thing. You won't be able to get your money back or speak to anyone.
No goods received
Ordered goods at cost of £99 on 15th feb 2022.
Tried emailing for an update in May but no response.
Now on 28th Sept i sit here £99 out of pocket with no goods or answers from the seller.
Will be contacting my credit card to get a refund !

I placed an order, thankfully small. The took my money and then I received nothing. I have emailed, left messages on the website and tried calling but no response what so ever. Thank goodness I didn’t proceed with the purchase of a new doll at £1,650.
