Amazing service. I did not end up being a client of Lotus as I did not need what they offered, but they gave me so much advise to help guide me in the right direction all free of charge. Couldn’t have been more helpful.

Fast service and a very thorough survey.

After requesting a quote through the Lotus Surveyors website, Graham got in touch within 24 hours to provide advice on the level of report required and the relevant costs associated. From then, within a further 24 hours an inspection was arranged for the following week, with all required contact being made on my behalf. The inspection report was provided only 3 days after the inspection, and was extremely thorough in it's findings, presenting all of the information and recommendations in an extremely easy to read and understandable manner. From the quick turnaround, clear communication and excellent report, I cannot recommend Lotus Surveyors enough. Thanks to both Graham and Jennifer for making the process so easy and smooth, and giving me all the information I require to be able to take informed action when I move. Excellent service.

Very glad I chose to go with Lotus Surveyors, the quality and detail of the level 2 report was most impressive. Communication from Jenny and Graham was also great, with Jenny calling me to discuss explain her findings in detail. All in all, very pleased with the service provided.

Graham was very prompt with his responses to all our queries to ensure the process was as smooth as possible while the level 2 RICS survey from Jennifer was very thorough and well explained. My experience with Lotus Surveyors was very positive from start to finish. I required a level 2 survey and recieved a quote quickly, which was very reasonable. Once conducted, the thorough survey report was with me a week later. Jennifer went into detail in all areas and was happy to answer any further questions I had. Graham was also very pleasant via email and phone. I will happily use Lotus again in the future.

No pressure selling. Everything for the survey arranged with the estate agents after the initial contact. A really full report with things you wouldn't think of. Things of concern explained in simple english. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Lotus Surveyors Ltd. Graham was prompt and professional in his correspondence, and organised the RICS level 2 survey in great time. The day after the survey was completed, we received a thorough 75 page survey of the property. We were very impressed with the quality of the survey and the speed at which we received it. We highly recommend Lotus Surveyors Ltd, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We received a very comprehensive 78 page report on the overall condition of our probable home purchase. The cost was very reasonable and it is difficult to see how many of the more expensive quoting companies could produce anything better.

The lady who came round was ok although on her report she got quite a few things wrong . Probably because she only took pictures with her I pad and thought that was enough.

Very easy to book Graham who we spoke to on the phone had already looked at the bungalow we wanted a survey for online and advised us a level 2 survey would cover what we wanted. It would have been very easy to convince us a more expensive level 3 survey was what we needed. They provided a very quick service we booked for the following week and got the full report back in 3 days. The completed survey was very thorough and comprehensive and they checked things we didn’t even think of checking. It was 72 pages long with lots photographs and diagrams of both the inside and outside of the property. We couldn’t believe how Jennifer who compiled the survey could get in the loft to photographs the roof area. She highlighted both the positive and the negative of the property. We particularly liked the advice offered on the survey and the links to other services available for further information or we could phone them which we found very beneficial. We would highly recommend Lotus to anyone.

Great service from Lotus. We are a charity who are purchasing a property and wanted a comprehensive but competitive survey and Lotus really delivered. Great communication and turn round time. What can we say other than thank you for a first class service from a first class surveying team. Cannot recommend Jennifer and Lotus Surveyors Ltd enough. Fantastic turn around on both booking and reporting on their surveys. The most in depth report I've seen for both level 2 and level 3. The best thing though is not just Jennifer's attention to detail but her availability following to help answer any questions we had. We cannot thank Jennifer enough. She has helped us save a significant amount of money, stress and worry going forwards. A very thorough job and has been by far worth every penny.
