The surveyor wrote a very comprehensive report and we felt confident that she was very well qualified and professional in her expertise. I asked Lotus surveyors to carry out a level 2 survey on a modern home which, by looking at the photos, should not have had many problems to report.
I live in the south of England and didn’t think it necessary to view the property in person but to rely on the survey.
