Good website with multiple images and options to choose from. Lovely ring delivered as agreed. It is really beautiful and exactly like the image. It is really solid and great quality. I was a bit apprehensive ordering a ring on line but it all worked out very well. I will definitely be ordering again

Great service,communication and Quality rings
Firstly we had an engagement ring made by lorel, it was exactly what was wanted, no complaints at all. We then needed a wedding ring to fit the unusual shape engagement ring, we contacted Lorel again, described our needs and the ring was made to fit exactly.
Both fit each other as if they were one.
The price was very reasonable and the delivery was exactly within the days we agreed when ordering.
We would highly recommend them based on service, price and a perfect pair of engagement and wedding rings.

Great ring that arrived exceptionally well packaged.
This is the second ring that I have purchased from Lorel Diamonds.
As with my previous purchase I was extremely happy with my purchase, the ring is a reasonable weight and the ring is well crafted. The packaging is amazing, the ring arrived in an outer box, inner box then a ring box with the certificate . Highly recommend.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Lorel Diamonds, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was absolutely seamless.
They were incredibly responsive, answering every single one of my questions almost instantly. It really took the stress out of such a significant purchase. To my delight, the ring arrived well ahead of the estimated delivery date. Their efficiency is second to none. Stunning Craftsmanship: The ring itself is breathtaking. While the website photos are great, they truly don't do it justice, the sparkle and quality in person are on another level.
Most importantly, my partner was absolutely thrilled with the ring and said yes! Seeing her reaction made it clear I’d made the right choice.
We are over the moon with the service and the final product. We will definitely be returning to Lorel Diamonds to purchase our wedding bands in the near future.

Beyond Expectations.
I have just received my second ring from Lorel diamonds and it’s absolutely stunning. Jayne was amazing and was really patient with my dilemmas! I ordered a bespoke trilogy emerald and diamond ring and it’s beyond my expectations. Service was impeccable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Poor quality ring.
I bought a platinum wedding band to replace my 23 year old white gold band & within less than 12 hours of wearing it, deep scratches had appeared & it looked older than my original ring. I hadn't done anything that could have caused the scratches; none of my other platinum rings have scratched like that over the years & they've been through the mill.
Returning the ring was hassle free, although I had to pay the postage costs, I was just glad to see the back of it.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with your ring.
Platinum is a precious metal and like all fine jewellery, can develop surface marks with wear. These can sometimes appear more noticeable at first, but are typically superficial and part of how platinum naturally wears over time, rather than a fault with the ring itself. All of our platinum rings are 950 grade and independently hallmarked, so they are consistent with other platinum jewellery.
