My experience with London Motor Sports Ltd has been nothing short of shocking. I brought my car in for bodywork repairs, expecting a professional service. Instead, I received poor-quality repairs, terrible communication, and constant delays with no clear updates.

The worst part came when I collected my vehicle:
- The repairs were not completed properly
- My car horns were missing
- One of the wheel nuts had been taken

This is not just unprofessional — it’s unsafe and completely unacceptable.

I strongly warn others not to use this company. No one should have to deal with poor workmanship, dishonesty, or missing parts. There are far better and more trustworthy repair shops out there.

Think twice before giving your car for repair!!! My car had an oil pressure low light on which was incorrectly diagnosed as a sensor issue. Took it to another garage as my car got worse and the issue was a blocked oil pickup or timing chain.I was given a video of my car's health by London Motor Sport and you can clearly hear the engine ticking which most competent mechanics would have recognized.The misdiagnosis almost cost me an engine replacement. Also came in to diagnose a coolant leak and oil leak which was diagnosed correctly and overall the staff and service was friendly which is the only reason for a 2 star instead of 1 star.

I am utterly appalled by my experience with London Motor Sports Garage during my MOT. On January 5, I brought my car in for an MOT and left with a extremely high bill.

I was charged £1,057 for an MOT. And the amount feels like a transparent cash grab.

When my husband came to collect the car, the office was a mess as if they were about to close. Payment issues were mishandled at the last minute, and we were forced into a banking transfer because card payments were allegedly not possible. That is not how a reputable business operates.

On returning home, we discovered there was no MOT certificate. I called the next day and was told it would have been placed in the dashboard, backseat, or boot. I checked—nothing. After further calls, they promised they would sort it out, but nothing happened. Days passed with no resolution.

I was given a customer service number and told the certificate would be sent via WhatsApp. Two days later, still nothing. This is not acceptable. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism anywhere else.

A stressful process turned into a nightmare: MOTs are stressful enough without dodgy practices, broken promises, and deliberate delays. This garage has made a routine requirement into a source of unnecessary anxiety and anger.

Do not use London Motor Sports Garage for your MOT or any car services. Their pricing is opaque and exorbitant, their processes
are disorganized, their follow-through is non-existent, and their customer service is an insult to any professional industry.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE!!

My car was taken here by my insurance company for bodywork repairs. Without my request or consent, this garage decided to carry out a so-called “free health check”. Unsurprisingly, they then claimed my front suspension joints were damaged and that the tyres needed replacing.

They even sent a very unprofessional video as “evidence”. In the video it genuinely looked like someone was aggressively poking the rubber joints with a screwdriver, strongly suggesting the damage was either exaggerated or intentionally caused just to sting me with extra repair costs.

What they clearly didn’t expect is that I am also a mechanic. I personally inspected the car the day before it went into this garage, and there were NO issues with the suspension at all. On top of that, the suspension components they claimed were “damaged” were brand new parts, fitted by Mercedes-Benz just a few months ago.

This has now been formally reported, and I immediately had the car removed and transferred to another garage to carry out the work instead.

Do NOT believe the replies this garage leaves on negative reviews — they are full of excuses and attempts to mislead other customers. I strongly advise anyone reading this to check the other reviews as well, as there is a clear pattern of similar behaviour and customers being ripped off.

I’ll say it again: DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE — not even to top up your windscreen washer fluid.
