Didn’t have the parts for my car, had to rebook, came back forgot to buy the parts, needed to rebook again. Rebooked, didn’t do a proper job, contacted again to fix my issue, tried charging me for a shit job, had to speak to them to sort it out, fixed my issue, only to find out made it even worse then what it first was like.

Do not trust these people they will damage your car . They broke my locking nut and bolts on my tyres and did not inform me and ignore responsibility do not take your car here

I brought my car to London Motor Sports Ltd to have a new door handle installed, which I supplied myself. They charged £95 for the labor. After waiting for two hours, I took the car home, only for the handle to immediately detach the very first time I tried to open the door. Upon inspection, it became clear that the mechanic had accidentally broken the new handle during installation and tried to cover up the mistake using glue, without informing me. When I returned to demand a refund, they try to persuade me book an MOT with them. Given their dishonest behavior, I have zero trust in this garage and highly suspect they would use the MOT to manufacture other "issues" and charge me more. They are completely untrustworthy. Save your time and money, and go elsewhere.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this garage.
I booked my car in for a full service and MOT. During the inspection, they told me my driver's side window regulator needed replacing and quoted me around £1,200 for the repair. As they also needed to order another part, which would take a couple of days to arrive, I collected my car while waiting.
During that time, I replaced the window regulator myself. The window was working perfectly when I returned the car for them to complete the MOT.
However, when I took it back, they claimed that the window regulator was still faulty and again tried to charge me for replacing it. This was simply untrue, as I had already repaired it myself and the window was working perfectly. It genuinely felt like they were trying to sell me a repair that was no longer needed.
The full service was completed, but the MOT wasn't. I therefore collected my car and took it to another garage to have the MOT carried out instead.
It immediately failed because one of the tyres had a large cut in it.
This raises a serious question: how can a garage complete a full service and fail to identify a dangerously damaged tyre? A tyre with a cut serious enough to fail an MOT should have been an obvious safety concern.
Things got even worse when the second garage tried to replace the tyre. They discovered that my locking wheel nut key was missing. I called this garage, and they initially insisted they had never removed the wheels and therefore could not possibly have my locking wheel nut. They even claimed that there was no need to remove the wheels during a full service.
Later, they suddenly called back to say they had "found" the locking wheel nut, completely contradicting what they had previously told me.
Because of their mistake, I spent over 4½ hours waiting at another garage for someone to return the locking wheel nut so my tyre could finally be replaced. During that time, they stopped answering my phone calls altogether.
To make matters even worse, instead of apologising, they tried to blame me, saying I should have checked that the locking wheel nut had been put back in my car before leaving. Expecting customers to verify that mechanics have returned every part after servicing a vehicle is completely unreasonable.
From attempting to charge me for a repair that had already been completed, to missing a dangerously damaged tyre during a full service, losing my locking wheel nut, making me wait over four hours to get it back, giving contradictory explanations and then blaming me for their mistake, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a garage.
I would not trust this garage with my car again and would certainly not recommend it to anyone.

I have had the worst customer service experience imaginable, especially regarding the quality of work carried out on my car. The staff seem more interested in chasing upsells and extra money than actually helping customers. They are very quick to pressure you into spending more, but when there is a problem, suddenly nobody responds.

I brought my car to London Motor Sports for a mechanical issue. After waiting an entire week with little to no updates, I finally collected the car only to discover dents and scratches on the driver’s door that were not there before.

After raising the issue, it became a long and frustrating process just to get the manager to even inspect the damage, let alone agree to repair it.

Unfortunately, this is where the experience became even worse. The paintwork carried out on the door was absolutely shocking. There was a massive blob of paint left on the panel, paint had been sprayed over the door handles, and the paint had dried around dirt and debris, leaving imperfections permanently embedded into the finish.

After another exhausting back-and-forth, the car was booked in again to correct the poor repair job. To cut a long story short, the second attempt was somehow even worse than the first. My car door has now been left looking worse than it did originally.

Stay well clear of this garage. You have been warned.
