I had an excellent experience with LMS Mechanics Garage and can’t recommend them highly enough. After struggling to find help elsewhere, the team at LMS stepped in and sorted my car out quickly and professionally. They were friendly, honest, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they were doing.
What really stood out was how efficient they were. They diagnosed the issue straight away and got to work without wasting any time. The whole process was smooth, and they kept me informed about what they were doing with the car. It’s rare to find a garage that is both skilled and genuinely cares about helping customers, but LMS definitely does.
Their pricing was fair, the service was top-quality, and the staff were approachable and trustworthy. If you’re looking for a reliable mechanic who will treat you with respect and get the job done properly, LMS Mechanics Garage is the place to go.
Highly recommended I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Avoid them, avoid them, avoid them! Don’t be the next person they rip off.
I bought a car from them for £4,500 after they told me everything was fine with it. I then took it to a service garage and it turned out it would need about £1,500 worth of repairs just to be usable.
On top of that, they also took away one month from the agreed 4-month warranty.
Unfortunately, I was naive enough to believe them. They don’t respond to any messages now, but honestly you wouldn’t expect anything else from people like this. That tells you everything you need to know about them.
After your feedback response.
First of all, you don’t have any customer service, and there is no contact information provided that customers can reach in case of a complaint. I managed to find three different email addresses and sent a message to all three, explaining that I have a problem with the car I bought from you only a few days ago. I sent the first email the day after purchasing the car, and the second one eight days after the purchase, on March 3rd, but I still haven’t received any response. Today is the 12th.
I would really appreciate it if you took my problem seriously and showed that you are able to handle it at a high standard. I would like you to find an appropriate solution as soon as possible and change my negative experience.

Do not trust
ABSOLUTELY NOT TO BE TRUSTED. The car started making an absolute rattle immediately AFTER picking it up from them when previously it was just making an expected amount of noise for the alternator belt being worn out.They asked for an arbitrary deposit (that people in the team were not across and kept asking for different amounts)and refused to start work before that's paid. We were harassed with messages about that but once it was paid radio silence. The car was with them for 5 DAYS for a simple alternator belt. We kept asking for updates and not receiving them. They kept saying the belt takes a long time to order (our car is a very common model there is no reason they would wait that long). They "fixed it" but said they can't find a breather pipe on stock and that's why it's noisy (it's impossible for any respectable garage to not find a part that common) Within a week the belt they changed broke again and when I took it to another mechanic they told us that the belt was changed but the tensioner pulley was so rusted that it's absolutely ludicrous that they just changed the belt. Further more there was no breather pipe missing or broken (a part that by the way you can order anywhere).
We were then harassed every day to come back for our MOT!
By the way the paperwork showed no diagnostic, they did a video complementary to show us the tyres and such but NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO DOCUMENT THE ACTUAL ISSUE.
