terrible service
terrible service. there was a delay in shipping my order, when i emailed for information about the delay no response. when i called numerous times no response.
it wasn’t until i reported it to the payment provider i used did they refund me.

Lots of delays in dispatching orders
It took a week to dispatch the order. This is showing that has happened on 3 of my last 5 orders. They only ever seem to dispatch after being chased nowadays. Used to be great but I'll be going else where now

Terrible service, no communication, uses evri so very unlikely to receive an order.
They didn't even dispatch the order until after the delivery date had passed, after 2 weeks wait for a 3 day delivery I got an email saying evri would deliver, or course evri did not deliver. I eventually gave up waiting for it to arrive, I received no replies or updates until I told them to refund the order as it obviously was not going to arrive and I'm still waiting for my money back. Needless to say I will not be trying to buy from them again.

Very impressed with their customer service
Very impressed with their customer service!! We ordered a heating tube from them. When it arrived, it was a damaged box inside and the heater didn't work at all. We emailed them and they had it immediately collected back and sent us a replacement very soon after. A problem with the warehouse can always happen; what counts is their immediate willingness to get it sorted!! Thank you!
