I ordered 2 bodyshop conditioners. The order only contained 1 product. I have tried to contact them to sort out, I have sent an email to customer service and another as a reply to the order. I have been ignored. The products aren't cheap at £10 each item and I am now out of pocket. I would avoid if you don't want to risk being disappointed.

There’s never any stock.
What are people ordering to rate these guys so highly. As a perfume reviewer I use all websites to source my fragrance and have to call these out.
I can’t buy anything I want as all items are and probably never will be in stock, seems like click bait material.
To prove my point as of today 21/3:
current stock is 417
out of stock is 2469

Company sent the wrong item, had to pay the post office to return the item, was then sent a damaged set, and the bottle was either leaking, or had been used, as the box is not sealed. Company were not willing to replace!

I have ordered from these guys multiple times and never had any issues. Genuine items , quick delivery and reasonably priced what more can anyone ask for. It is my go to place for any frangrances and would highly recommend
