Happy with the service I received. Easy to book, driver called me when about to arrive and did everything within the time we discussed. Would recommend.

Movers themselves were great, professional, respectful and careful with the moving. However they were 4 hours late due to an issue with the van I had ordered. They did give me regular updates though which I was appreciative off, and offered to pay for my lunch but didn’t hear anything further about that!

They cancelled our booking the day before the move. Wish we booked elsewhere

Very patient and polite. Ali Rasa and his partner were extremely helpful in sorting a quite chaotic move from London to the far Nort of England. Far distance and long hours (above 10h) did not put a slight dent in the quality of service. The unloading was quick and easy as they took care of everything whilst I could catch some rest after an exhausting drive.
Well done, guys!

The only minus was the website miscalculated the cost, so I had to pay almost double the amount. I kind of expected that from the begging, but it's just taking from the overall smoothness of the entire already stressful process.

Our driver Ion was fantastic. He arrived early, was friendly, professional and got us loaded, delivered to and unloaded at our new property in good time.
It was a really hot day and conditions were challenging, but he made the day👍

I booked LMV for a repeat job. Their first one went smoothly and staff were great (18 May). I re-booked for 3 June having had 3 quotes (3 different reference numbers) for the same job. Within minutes, I had a booking refusal. Believing my booking to have been cancelled, I booked a few days later for the same job to be done on 1/6. This job was done without too much ado though the driver left the job just before it was finished. Luckily I had 2 friends to help finish and get the piece of furniture in the house. To my surprise I was then called this morning by one that same driver (Gregor) saying he was doing what I thought was the cancelled job for 3 June. I have just had a long and horrible conversation with ‘Marek’ from LMV HQ, saying that I have made the mistake of not reading my emails correctly or noticing different numbers relating to quote & booking references. For a job I believed was refused by them, they have now taken a deposit of £58.30 and will not refund this to me. I tried to explain that a customer should be allowed to choose options for a quote before it going to ‘booking’ on their system. Arik said there is nothing wrong with their ‘system’. I beg to differ. In the meantime, no refund for me. I will be taking this to the Trading Standards Authority.

Unresponsive to messages. Didn't provide reciept despite promising one. They completed the move ok.

I received top notch service from this company at a decent price. They arrived on time on the moving date, worked fast and also were very kind. And there were no additional payment requests etc.

I was initially worried given some of the reviews , but Grigor was excellent. He was a huge help with the heavy lifting and although he was 90minutes late, he kept me up to date with his movements. I also expected him to be late as many reviews indicated this happened to them. If we move again I would use LMV.
