Loftomattic Recensioni

It has taken me a while to get around to writing this review. Probably because I have spent many hours staring up at my new loftomatic . What can I say . game changing ! It replaced my old concertina pro which was a complete pain in the backside to put up and down . Up and down , effortless (with one touch I might add) seeing as Max was super helpful and changed the code on my two remotes . Great guy , great product , highly recommended .

I would like to thank Michael and Duncan for their excellent customer service. We had our ladder initially installed by a local handyman and some problems arose resulting from the way the ladder had been installed. Michael and Duncan put in a huge amount of effort to resolve the problems and we are now absolutely delighted with the ladder. Polite, professional and helpful.

A most impressive product. It beat my expectations. I thought it might be flimsy and behave a bit like a rope ladder. The opposite is the case. It is so well designed and engineered that it seems completely stiff after opening, unlike the manual ladder it replaced. The design is exceptionally clever and so it works really well.

Really great quality product, cost effective yet versatile.
Good remote control. Much faster than a conventional ladder to open manually.
Needed some help with remote and loft settings over the phone and Max was very helpful.

From start to finish we had a really great experience dealing with the purchase and DIY installation of this ladder. We had several technical questions before we purchased. Response to our queries was instant and everything we requested technically was explained by Max, or his father, very clearly. Delivery was on time. Packaging was really good, the ladder was very well protected. Installation was easy, the longest part was adjusting the strap mechanism so that the loft hatch closed flush with the ceiling. The ladder itself is a brilliant piece of very well thought out engineering and it's looks belie it's modest price especially in comparison with the competition. We had a couple of questions after fitting, and again response was immediate and fully informative. They know their stuff!
I thoroughly recommend both this great, easy to use, ladder with its very smart remote control and the family company who designed and sell it. It is a quality product.

I decided to go with using one of their installers as my builder was unsure of the product, and I didn't want to take any chances.

From the initial enquiry to the install, the whole process went with ease.

I'm very happy with my new electric loft ladder, and would recommend this to anyone looking to access their loft without the hassle of getting a pole out and pulling an old rickety ladder down.

Brilliant service from start to finish & after support from Max. Couldn’t be happier. Recommended to family & friends

Really great product and first class service and installation. Recommend!

Just finished installing my Loftomattic and it is amazing! Brilliant product and great customer support during and after my purchase. Couldn’t be happier! 5 stars from me

Strength meets intelligence in this loft ladder. Highly thought of by the team at loftladders. Ltd

What a fantastic product. Value for money and service was brilliant from Max and Mick.
My mum has brought one too. Amazing product.

After 4 months of great pleasure working very well, the ladder start not shutting well- not flush with the ceiling. I’ve called the Coustomer support and was promised that someone will check it. Ok was last early Feb 2020. I had a patience to wait for few months and no one come. The ladder was hanging down badly. By CS was been given the reset sequence on the remote control as temp measures until engineer come. We had someone end of last summer 2020, and nothing since. Only check it for 2 min and that was all. Now Feb 2021 I’ve commence chasing again and was been promised that someone will come to check it again- sounds like the last Engeener did not communicate with anyone... I’ve send them videos, photos and explain the issues in very details. The problems with the ladder getting worst now and we still have no appointment lined up. Very unreliable Coustomer Support.

Moved into our new house a year ago it already had a loft conversion done which my teenage son soon decided was his new pad , but the old ladder took up too much room and couldn’t be closed from the loft so we got him a loftomatic ladder it has been fantastic even though it’s up and down like a yo-yo we’ve had no major issues . Fantastic product and ace customer service, highly recommend...

We converted the loft into a bedroom for my son but there was no room for a stairs so we installed the loftomattic ladder, it's been brilliant, so easy to use.

I have built a loft den for the kids and fitted a loftomatic ladder. Price wise after a lot of research there was no comparison other electric loftladders are far more expensive. Fitting was extremely easy with the instructions and video you can view online. I made my own lining and door so have a nice big access for ease of getting up and down and getting large items into the loft. The product itself works like a dream and is perfect for what i required. The service was great and the team were very helpful for any queries I had before and after purchase even though they are extremely busy. I would recommend this product to anyone and will be recommending to any of my future clients.

They were absolutely GREAT from start to finish. My loft door is rather small and after sending them photos and dimensions even though 1700 miles apart there reassured me and provided all assistance possible. They were always happy to answer any questions i had. As far as the stairs are concerned it was quite straight forward to fit and work perfectly.

Superbly engineered ladder, but I mistakenly ordered one too tall - no problem as I received excellent after sales service over the phone to help me reconfigure the ladder, including enabling the seemingly hidden “one touch” feature. No regrets!

We are very happy with the Loftomattic ladder, does exactly what its meant to do, very easy installation, straight forward instructions with a easy to follow video.
I would recommended one of these to anyone.

Excellent product excellent service, highly recommend. A unique family business a rare find today. 5 star product and customer service.

I purchased a nine tread loftomattic following a conversation over the phone. I totally over the moon as an ex engineer I can appreciate the quality of this product installation is a doddle but the product is brilliant lovely wide tread and the ladder angle is perfect I wish them all the luck with this product go ahead and order one you will not be disappointed I purchased as my arthritis was a problem on the old ladder but with this my wife can get loft lid and ladder down at the touch of a button GREAT!!
