I researched different products to replace my manual loft ladder as I was getting too old to operate it . I ordered the Loftomatic on line and whilst there was a bit of a delay due to COVID it arrived. I installed it myself, after receiving easy to follow instructions with kit. It works very well indeed And is compact and neat.

Excellent design & easy to install - would recommend.

I have no problem with the ladder, but customer support is appauling. I have mailed them three times now over the past week with a question about the operation of the ladder. Namely that it is advertised as one touch control, yet you need to push and hold the remote for the ladder to extend/retract. I have asked how to change this configuration. No response. Very Poor.

Since the inflation day my 2 loft ladders had never worked properly.
By error I dialled the wrong company. Their resident engineer Micheal came out to look at the problem. Then proceeded to setup all the mechanism. What a wizard everything now works fantastic. Definetly worthy of a 5 star rating Richard in MK

I ordered the electric loft ladders from this company, the day they were due to be dispatched I contacted loftomattic to check what day they would arrive, they told me Wednesday so I called them back wednesday they told me they didn't get picked up by the courier so it would be Friday when it would be dispatched, I called again Friday still hopeful only to be told that my delivery didn't get put on the delivery truck again I was starting to get a little inpatient by this time but it didn't seem to bother the chap on the phone who told me it would defiantly be getting dispatched on Monday 100%. it didn't get picked up on Monday or Tuesday in the end I had to send someone on a 6 hour round trip to pick it up. The chap on the phone wasn't bothered no apology "yea just come and pick it up" When my colleague arrived he said it was some blokes house and was invited into this chaps kitchen (office) and then someone appeared with the loft ladders, it didn't fill me with confidence to think he maybe making this contraption in his back bedroom.

I came across this company online and was surprised by the extremely competitive price. I ordered, it arrived and I had it installed within a couple of hours by a local tradesman. What a product, it's robust, smart looking and really does add value to one's house, not to mention functioning as it should.
I can't praise the small family business enough. It is designed by a Brit and manufactured here in Warwickshire. I had a couple of queries post installation and had some amazing after sales service from the owners, almost a personal service really..
