I ordered from the US site but assume the policies are the same all around.

My review is based on the purchase and return experience- after receiving the item my contractor determined it wasn’t going to work for our project, so ok, I’ll return it and I did so within the 14 day window. There is an initial shipping charge (fine, beyond me why a company like this does not offer free shipping and returns, but I agreed to it.) shipping to me was $60, so when I asked for a return ship label they don’t provide one, so off I go trying to figure out the most economical way to return it- no guidance on their end- it cost my $104 to return. I am out $170 on a $400 item.
Then the real kicker was getting the return processed- it took 3 calls and nearly 3 weeks to get my money back.
I would have done better ordering their products on Amazon. Or looking for another manufacturer with better purchasing options.

I would never recommend this company.

I spent $20K on drains that were defective, poorly designed and dangerous with the sharp edges that protrude on a pool patio. No response from Customer service after I spent $2K to ship their drains back. No refund even though I returned the drains within the 14day time window. Do not purchase from this company.

I have hexpave gravel and grass for my shed base and so far it seems ok. I Have walked on part of it loads and no damage and it'll stop the bottom of my shed rotting.
At the moment would highly recommend it.

Without doubt the best customer service, I have experienced. No nonsense, no fuss, just honest to goodness. I had bought HEXpave grids but ran out and needed just 6 more which I was able to do online. The order was immediately confirmed and I was notified of despatch the next day. DHL delivered when the tracking said it would. Ordered Wednesday pm and delivered before 8.30am Friday. Product is high quality and installation instructions were spot on! 10/10 for these guys!!!

Ordered a 300x300 Plastic gully drain riser, and what I received was something that did not measure more than 285 on each side.

And these measurements, according to the highly perceptive Olivia Davies, E-Commerce and Sales Associate of Vodaland UK Ltd, are "consistent with the product specifications" (!!)

Yep! I am NOT making this up! In simple words, according to these swindlers, if you want to connect two pipes, it's perfectly fine if one is 2cm narrower than the other. What could possibly go wrong?!...

Of course, I can return it at my own expense as it is clearly not defective as they believe, and in return (at best) I'd have paid more for the privilege to check their junk than having anything useful.

Come one people! Let those reviews come - let's drive them out of business. They're truly worth it!

Vodaland sent me the wrong equipment which would not connect together.

They don't understand that they are supply hardware for the construction industry.

Mistakes cost time and money.

I had Plant on hire which could not be used because the sequence of installing drainage fully then compacting stone could not be followed.

They were not the cheapest - I trusteed that they were a professional supplier.

What annoys me is that I made an order, and customer services advised me to change this and change my drainage layout. If they sent what I originally asked for, I could have modified the channels by cutting and using the sealant to work. Their advise delayed the initial dispatch when I was relying on their advertised 2-3 day delivery to plan hiring Plant.

In addition, when I had to contact them to advise them of their error, there was no urgency to send the correct item which could have saved me a couple of weekends of re-digging channels around a full time job, and working around already compacted stone without the hired Plant.

In summary, relying on Vodaland cost me more money initially, but stress because I could not finish the project. Additional costs in rehiring Plant. Waste of my time and money. I recommend to use a different channel system and supplier. Unless you want what you asked for to be modified and then sent the wrong items.

From purchasing to receiving my goods, excellent service,10/10.

Bought a number of linear drains from this business. They were delivered promptly and the quality of them is very good. The service I received was excellent with the only negative the parcel arrived almost open at one end due to damage. This was obviously damage in transit and nothing to do with Vodaland. Fortunately nothing was missing from the box and the drains were undamaged. Overall it was a positive buying experience and I'd buy from them again

Their drainage solutions are hopeless.

Their easydrain solutions are not fit for purpose they do not securely click instead leak at every junction. Stick with aco drains and avoid theirs ours was binned as that’s all it’s good for in comparison.
