The description for ordering the correct size and the required openings were easy to follow.
The DIY fitting instructions were great and made even easier by having a step by step video showing all you need to know.
The after sales service was top notch too, helping me program the remote control.
Over all a fantastic product that I will be recommending to all my future clients.

The best possible loft ladder I could dream of and the customer service is beyond this world. You buy this product, you become part of their family. I cannot wait to open the loft when I have people come visit. The feedback from them is always a pleasure to listen to. You guys have produced a really good product and anyone thinking of a loft ladder should look no further. I would 100% recommend them and will always speak highly about the product and team.

Great in theory, absolutely rubbish in practice!! The whole system has never worked properly since it was installed. The ladder seizes retracting after EVERY use, the loft hatch is bowed and has never shut properly and the after sales service is non existent. £1,200 down the drain!!! My advice - use a standard loft ladder - much simpler!!

I was initially worried about Loftomatic due to limited communication, but my experience was excellent. The product is very good quality and well-priced. The team even delivered it personally, which exceeded my expectations. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend Loftomatic. 5 stars!

I experienced a number of issues in regards to the remote control, of my making tbh, and contacted Max. He couldn’t have been more helpful talking me through resetting and reprogramming, even yesterday morning which was a Sunday!
Can’t fault the customer service and the product. I might be an idea if the instruction manual was updated to include these areas, if it hasn’t already been. Just a suggestion that would enhance the product

Superb service.. Max was my point of contact and he couldn’t have helped more with any questions I had. We fitted the ladders ourselves, they were extremely simple to install and they are perfect for what we needed. Would highly recommend!!

Gone are the days of balancing on steps leaning against the opening of our loft hatch whist hovering with boxes or things we wanted to store up there... Now at the flick of a switch the loft hatch slowly opens, and down comes the fold out ladder ready for the climb! No more finding the ladder, no more precarious climbs, instead an easy experience and a real pleasure to go up there!

We paid a builder friend to fit ours as it is heavy and we needed a new loft hatch made for it too. But this Loftomatic loft ladder is so compact it actually folds onto the back of the loft hatch itself. This is ideal for the small and steep pitch of our roof which also has purlings and other wooden roof structures that make the usual 'run of the mill' loft ladders too large for us to use.

All in all a great buy and I look forward to accessing a hitherto 'no go area' for me....not so sure my husband is saying the same! Spring cleaning here I come!!!

I've got to admit I've not got one yet but I wanted some advice before purchase! However I am concerned about buying even with the generally positive reviews on here. The reason being is I can't even get a response by email or get anyone to pick up the phone to speak to someone. Also why do companies house say the company is dissolved in 2022? (25 Oct 2022 Final Gazette dissolved via compulsory strike-off) There are quite a few on here leaving reviews from just days ago saying fast response to problems. How when they don't even answer the phone or reply to voice mails? I do worry about ordering anything from them if this is how hard they are to get hold of..Shame as my sister in law has one of these and they love it..

My loftomattic ladder was installed in March 2019. Being a pensioner with restricted mobility, the ladders solved several issues I had gaining loft access. Unfortunately I started to have problems 18 months after the fitting with the loft hatch not closing properly and hanging down by over an inch. I raised the issue with the fitter and said I was happy to wait until all covid restrictions were finished before anyone came to address the issue. I was given instructions to reprogamme the hatch and adjust the straps (which my hatch hasnt got) by email. Neither if these options worked and the fitter has completely ignored all my correspondence since. I eventually managed to get the Customer Service Manager to visit my home in February 2023 to look at the problem. He advised that the hatch was warped and he would need to get a price for the job (although I thought it should have still been covered by the quarantee). No need to worry though, because 12 months later I've still had no contact from the fitter who Customer Service apparently passed the problem back to. My last contact with Customer Service was almost 2 months ago when I advised I was going to give an adverse review for the company concerning the service I had experienced and I was now going to try and get another company to fit a new hatch. No acknowledgement to this has resulted in this review. 

Be prepared to take a chance with this company if you proceed with an order as I've been banging my head against a brick wall for 3 years and got absolutely nowhere.

Great product, great people to deal with, nothing was too much trouble, quick answers to any questions. Would recommend to anyone needing a simple to install system to access their loft/attic and relatively in-expensive. Delivered on-time and no problems at all.

I fitted the loftomattic during lockdown to create more space and it was easy to set up for someone with no discernable skills. It recently developed a glitch but help was provided quickly over the phone and the problem was solved. Thanks!

Great Company Amazing Customer support and People Skills , had a Little problem with my ladder no one's fault but Got it sorted out no hassle went out of there way to make sure I was completely Satisfied and Happy with my product would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend.

The worst services I have received from Loftomattic, I have paid the amount of the order without recieve any feedback from your side also I am tried a lot to contact you by Phone without reply, really am lost I don't know where is my money as well as the status of the order.

I fitted my Loftomatic ladder just over 2 years ago now, on average we must use it at least 5 times a day. We store all our junk in the loft and I have a small workshop up there so I would say that the ladder gets quite a hammering. The ladder has never missed a beat and I have only had to make one adjustment in that time, I have just had to tighten the strap for the hatch door. The ladder has been a life saver for us. I would definitely recommend Loftomatic.

I don’t normally take to writing reviews but couldn’t let this one pass by without acknowledgement. Had my loftomattic for 4 years and have always maintained that the product is good quality and has been great value for money. I developed a minor problem in that it wasn’t fully closing and so sent the team a few photos to seek guidance on how I could resolve. As it was over 4 years old I was only expecting a few troubleshooting tips to try but received a few phone calls to give me guidance and then finally they had an expert in the area so he called to say he would pop in. Within 10 minutes he had it sorted. Service (that I wasn’t expecting) has been exceptional many thanks

Loftomatic responded to my request for a 2nd remote control very quickly and also talked me through the programming procedure. Every thing works well and I do not worry about getting stuck in the loft now.
