Okay to get things right up front!
I Absolutely Love dealing with LMC & have spent literally thousands of dollars just in the last few months & have been strictly using LMC for many many years with “NO problems whatsoever “
But yesterday April 9,2026 I ordered $3349.97 of parts for a 1957 Chevy pickup I’ve been restoring for the last 3 years .
I started to order 7 stainless bed strips for the bed at the cost of $200.65
( right from the 2026 spring/summer catalog & next thing I know the person I was ordering from said the cost is $330.00 for the same strips!
I said NO that cannot be correct!
So what had happened is in just
( ONE DAY ) from April 8 to the 9th the 7 strips went up $130.00 !
And they would NOT honor the $200.65 amount to me even after spending over $3K with them !
This is more of a principle deal than anything!
It’s not that $130 is gonna break me !
Hey come on now ,we all know that our country is Definitely No Doubt THE MOST GREEDIEST country on this planet especially ever since that Covid mess !
Well neediest to say , I did not order the strips !
Went on eBay & found them much much cheaper!
I would have gladly given 5 + stars any other time but in this case I just gave 3 stars !

Damaged and Poorly Packaged Parts
I had a bad experience. They sent me fenders that were marked, repaired, and poorly packaged. I do not recommend them—they are scammers.

I ordered door latch hardware for my 60 C10. I chose LMC, even with the $25 shipping for a 3 pound package, because they had the parts in stock and I wanted them by the weekend. Parts that were supposed to arrive on Thursday arrived the following Monday. A full week after my order. Come on LMC, we live in a free shipping, receive the order tomorrow world.
Customer Service
We had a really good one named Brenda. She was AMAZING.
Then we had to call back for a follow up today and got nothing but rudeness. Didn't catch her name. They are going to make me pay for a shipping label to send a part back that they sent/ charged us for.
Also, we ordered some headlight door screws that are supposed to be silver and they came in black. And 1 was missing. She sent it to the next person and was going to get back to us. I sent pictures, but we'll see.
All I know is, we should have just ordered from Classic Industries.

Good parts, terrible customer service
Good parts, terrible customer service. I've ordered thousands of dollars of parts through them and recently ordered a seat cover while on sell, when it came in it was for the wrong year. They will only refund once I ship it back (which is understandable) but they won't give me the sale price on replacement one.
*edit* they did reach out and make it right...ish, so I changed it

Never another cent will I give LMC, I made a large order and after a week had not heard a thing. I called them and was told that because the billing address on cc was different than the shipping address they would not fill the order. Ask them to help get the order on out because the truck is taking up a lift in the shop. Got shipping info 2 days later saying it will be another week and a half. Customer service there didn't care about the wait times. didn't offer to expedite the order or offer express shipping that i would have paid extra for.

Customer service is very short treats you as if your eight talks to you like your insane for expecting service shipping to my home was told eight to nine days 24 to 48 to ship asked for upgraded shipping was refused call customer service four or five days later was told my email was entered wrong and that was 72 bis hours and my package would take two weeks 19 or twenty days total was charged over 60 dollars to ship spring shackle kits and four bolts lost another customer lmc and I'd like others to know that customer service is only going to tell you how your wrong and shipping is ridiculous among other problems and I have plenty of time while I'm sitting in the shop waiting for my parts to write reviews
Thank you for reiterating that and talking to me as if I was eight what you told me when I gave you money and what the actual facts of your service are is different you now add technical details like business days and after business hours yes i live in Alaska and routinely get parts in two to four days. You took my money and told me one time line and when I called customer service after I ordered the parts you had an longer schedule for delivery I'm not happy because of this I did not want to wait till next month to get my parts your original time line was a stretch hence I asked for upgraded shipping you don't seem to care what my time line is and that's why I'm leaving you a review because this is dishonest and it's far from a convenient shipping time and I was your customer but I won't be any more because I don't like getting messed around my time is valuable and I encourage every one not to do business with you because of that if you have any further questions you have my information because I already contacted you and you don't really care what I was told because you think well over two weeks to recover parts is acceptable and I do not and I still do not have my parts and if you were actually sorry that I was dissatisfied with my experience you would do something about it instead of treating me like I'm eight like I stated in my review

I bought $400 of parts which they charged immediately to my American Express. I then received an email that I needed to provide a copy of my driver's license and credit card statement since it was flagged as fraud. I spoke with someone at LMC who then said the order would go through. Then I received another email it would not. An LMC representative then told me they never charged me, my bank flagged it as fraud and they had nothing to do with it and proceeded to walk me through all the different reasons LMC had nothing to do with this, never charged my card, and it's all my bank's fault. After talking with American Express, it was confirmed the order was not flagged fraud, which makes sense because American Express always sends alerts for fraudulent orders. What a strange thing to lie about! Now I have to go through the dispute process. Never doing business with them again.

Updated and honest review
I recently wrote a bad review regarding a windshield seal being incorrect. Turns out it was user error so I’ve since deleted that review and am writing a good one. I apologize profusely. Parts have always been delivered quickly and have worked well with my square body restoration.
Don't expect high quality parts

I had already tried that so was forced to get a replacement part from elsewhere, which turned out to be the same price for a better quality part that worked. This experience left me disappointed

I order a gauge cluster for my 1975 f250 it came in took it out and it will not bolt up to my benzyl with out the gauge cluster housing witch it clearly shows in the picture when I bought it. I even bought a new benzyl from them I sent it back they received it on 2/18 said it would take 3 are 4 days to get my money back l called on 2/25/2026 they said we are running behind give us 24 to 48 hrs I called on 2/27/2026 they said those shipments come in on a big pallet we just started to on give us 24 hrs. I have work for FedEx for 30 years they received that box the same way I received 1 box at a time ,too many excuses today is 3/02/26 still no money ! there is a lot more businesses out there to order from got my last package from them yesterday

Tried returning my part came in damaged. They told me they would contact me. No one contacted me and gave me the run around. Don’t do business with them. Packages are no good and parts are the wrong size and cheap parts that breaks apart. They told me to email customer service, which I did never heard back from them. Emailed them a couple messages. It’s been close to four months now nothing

After ordering parts through two different ladies that answered the phone, I called back and asked to speak to someone that has experience working on these vehicles or who has even worked on a vehicle whatsoever there and the lady informed me that they are just a call center that they are not even at a LMC business they just answered the phones there’s no one that will ever have any experience to answer the phone to be able to give me any help assisting with parts. I’ve already spent $150 in the wrong parts with the last two ladies, I had to pay shipping to my house and if I wanna return them, I have to pay shipping back. I called and tried to let them help with this issue and I cannot even get a guy anyone has any experience whatsoever. The lady told me they work at a call center. There’s never any text nothing. I see why their reviews are so low and why people always told me not to use LMC their website is outdated and slow it is one of the worst websites I’ve ever used to order parts. I do not recommend ever using this company, cause you will never be able to get any help and from after reading all the reviews it has been confirmed that they do not obviously care about customer satisfaction, or about their reviews for their business.

LMC Truck is unwilling to correct…
LMC Truck is unwilling to correct issues that are brought to them. I purchase seat belts for my 1954 F100. They are selling a one size fits all belt, when in fact not every vehicle needs the same size. But the real issue is there are 2 different mounting holes, one is 1/2” and the other is 9/16” but the bolt provided is only 7/16”. Their response to me was their stock was the same and they were unwilling to go back to the manufacturer for corrections. So I guess if anyone else wants to order a seat belts, you’ll see the same issue since they will still sell them.

I have been a long time customer of LMC Truck. Parts can be a bit inconsistant from time to time. I have spent thoasands of dollars with LMC. The last straw was i purchased offset washers for my truck bed. the sent me the wrong part as i tried to get a refund asking for LMC to send me a call tag because they sent a part that was not compatable. i was told i had to pay shipping to send the item back. On to find a new vendor.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. My order was lost in transit, it took over 15 business days for LMC to refund my money, (they told me it would be 10 business days), anyway, this is what really makes me mad. They charged me for shipping! When my package was lost in transit, how crazy is that lol. Thanks to LMC TRUCK and the ignorance of usps (which should absolutely NOT be my fault) I lost $40 out of this transaction. This company has gone down hill.

LMC has cheap Chinese parts and customer service has no desire to satisfy customers. They say they care but that’s about as far as it goes.
After writing this review LCM promptly took care of my issue. I wish it didn’t take a bad review to get results but I appreciate their efforts to make things write. Gives me faith in their commitment to customer satisfaction.
