Not a happy customer
On April 3,2026, I went online and ordered a left rear front quarter patch panel for my 63 Corvair. It gave me a confirmation Number and the order was being processed. About two hours later I get an email stating it would be over 45 days before it was shipped. I called customer service and the lady advised it was processed and would be sent out for delivery today. I asked her about the email stating over 45 days before delivery and she said she wasn't sure why I recieved an email stating that because it showed the item in stock. I was ok and got off the phone. I get another email stating the direct opposite from what I was just told. I called customer service back and got a different person. I told him the samething I had just told the lady. He advised me that he can't find any order under my name and order/confirmation number then puts me on hold. He comes back and says he located my order and sees that it was processed for delivery, however it will not be for another 45 days. I asked him why and he said it has to go to the people who make that patch panel. When I told him what the lady told me about being in stock and it was already processed and ready for delivery that day. I also told him again about the emails contradicting each other and the contradicting stories from the lady and him and his reply was Sir I am sending an email to the manufacturer of said part to see what is going on and will call you back or send you an email by close of business on April 10, 2026. I replied ok. Never got that reply on what was the problem. So today April 14, 2026 I called back and spoke to another lady who looked up the order and advised that she would send an email out wanting to know what was the deal on my order and why the conflicting stories and emails. Since I have been getting all these conflicting stories and emails I gave up on getting any replies back. Tried to return the order and that too is another issue. I highly do not recommend ordering anything from this company. I do not see how they stay up and running.
Never shipped the product but they sure did take my money.
I ordered a horn at the beginning of September 2025. Have not received the horn. I have to do all the follow up and the only thing I get back is that they will reach out to the manufacturer. It’s pretty ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Less than zero. I bought thousands of dollars worth of parts. They didn't honor exchange or refund after the 90 days. They took my money for aluminum headers 1,000 dollars or so and didn't send them out for about six months. Waiting on the refund for the headers. I decided to go ls that's why I needed refund or exchange none of the parts were used all brand new just sat on the shelf. They wouldn't refund or exchange. I suggest summit way better refund and exchange policy and better customer service. Jegs sounds like a bunch of cousin kissers that think they they're the business cuz they work at jegs and every one else in they're town works at walmart.

my boyfriend has spent 1000s on parts with jegs for a build he’s doing and his block went in to a machine shop while he was waiting he bought the parts for the new block and didn’t open them then we found out they missed oiling rings we called twice to get the new ring but they wanted us to pay for a whole new kit instead of fixing there mistake and had an attuide on the phone and wouldn’t listen to us. definitely going to start buying for summit racing.

I ordered parts on 01/19/26
I ordered parts on 01/19/26. After no parts and no update I contacted them. Said it was coming from 3rd party. Asked them to contact them. Said they would email. Still no update. Contacted again, said they would check 3rd party. Two days later no update. Contacted again said my part would be received 02/26/26. And they also confirmed with an email. Then next day received an email my order was cancelled and was reordered 02/19/26. Contacted them again. They said the 3rd party never got the order and had to replace it now with an expected date of 04/07/26. I cancelled the order. Three days later and still haven’t received a refund. Sounds like a lot of lying thieves to me. I’ll never order from them again.

Order transmission lines from jags a week later I find out that does not even for my truck do not count on jags to get you rolling they sent me lines for a four-wheel drive bronco versus a two-wheel drive automatic 7.3 l IDI diesel F350 two-wheel drive what a pain in the butt now I got to buy something else I'm out 600 bucks instead of 300 until I get my 300 back from jegs which they probably won't get that right

Placed and order and have heard nothing, sent two emails to shipping with zero reply and nothing shipped and no tracking!! Buyer beware as they like to take your money and not give you the product!!
They have a good selection and good prices
They have reasonable prices, the hold time before someone picks up the phone is average, and the people who help on the phone are very nice. My only concern is back orders. The back orders are usually longer than they state. Or at least that's been my experience.
They can't even send the correct part
Husband ordered a part for our Tahoe..just took the old part off and surprise, the new one they sent is for a totally different vehicle than the part we ordered! Now I'm sitting here with no car to get to work because I don't have the money to buy another part because I sent jegs my money for what was supposed to be the correct part..so until we are able to get the correct part my family has no vehicle to get to work or get the kids to school! Thanks jegs..for fing us over royally

I ordered Aluminum heads from Jegs. Jegs blueprinted Everything for me and I’ve been a mess ever since. Jegs tells me what I need for parts then turns around and parts don’t match together. Now I need to return and they tell me they won’t take them even though their tech told me to use the parts I bought. I’m stuck with 4500 dollar heads and 1509 rocker shafts that don’t belong together….. billion dollar company and they pooped on a guy that’s putting every cent he has to make something special. Now that I can’t use it I have to eat the cost!!!!!! Jegs tech told me to buy this it don’t work and I eat the cost!!!!!! Seriously go to someone else. Bunch of idiots!!!!! Looks like my race season is shot two years in a row over these dumb people. First year because of back order nothing to do with my end and second year which never started because I don’t have the funds to fix a multi million dollar plus business that’s Jegs mess up!!!!! Never ever trust these people. I didn’t spend 5 or ten thousand. I spent way more and don’t have a motor to run. Get out of here. I’m going to court wish me luck!!!!!!
I ordered and paid for a part through…
I ordered and paid for a part through jegs back in August 2025. I do not get any feedback through them. The part has been back ordered five times. And every time I have to call them they tell me it’s been back ordered again. I do not think this is good business considering I already paid for the part. No free back on their part. Kind of left in limbo if I should try to find the part somewhere else. Not good customer relations.

Ordered a table they sent me The legs told me I need to wait 3 months for the rest of it... I told them no. I'll send you this back and I want a refund. They refunded me half the money I paid and told me the rest was shipping... This company deserves to go out of business. Please do not do business with them. They are awful people... Do your research before you do business with anybody online these days

No parts, no refunds
I would left less than a star if it would be possible. I ordered and payed around $1,600 on a part that was supposed to be delivered more than two months ago, I never received either the part or the refund, when I called they never know what's going on and keep telling me that they will email the department that take care of the refund. I still waiting my refund with no answers.
