Shannon was dealing with our travel insurance policy and very quickly dealt with a query regarding a medical clause that was no longer applicable which led to a reduction in our renewal - very good service.

Because I was under a little pressure to amend a policy, and wasn't really getting anywhere. Dan Bond was knowledgable and sorted the policy amendment much quicker than I anticipated. He understood the issue, owned it and fixed it.

Very helpful and patient, helped steer us through all the processes.

Unfortunately for me I found out that my annual renewal premium had gone about by almost 250% due to a generalised insurance industry reassessment of my risk category (I live on a 10 acre small holding with several outbuildings).
