We have dealt with Lloyd & Whyte for many yrs and everything is always straight forward in finding House Insurance for ourselves. The Team are always very courteous and any questions are dealt with the upmost professionalism.

Shannon Edwards was prompt in responding to our policy renewal and had suggested a reduction in risk and therefore premium which we had not previously considered.

Did what was needed

I owned a 16th Century Grade 2 Listed Thatch Cottage. They Insured me an astronomical fee and charged me extra as a Flood Cede Risk even though my Cottage had never flooded since it was built in the 16th Century. I felt ripped off so cancelled my insurance as I got a much better deal from a Competitor.

We have used LLoyd & White for the difficult task of insuring a thatched cottage for some time. Renewals are always advertised well in advance and they make sure you don't forget by keeping in touch when the premium is due.

I would like to commend Scott for his excellent customer service. In the middle of helping my daughter through a very traumatic divorce and house move he went out of his way to set up a series of non judgemental reminders so that I wouldn’t overlook the payment date without feeling pressured. He was kind and thoughtful, as well as having a reassuring telephone manner.
