I have been in contact with this company over the past two or three years. They have always been helpful and I have increasingly felt confidence in their support. This year, Hannah Kilbane has been helping me with a couple of difficult issues and has been careful in seeing that I am receiving appropriate advice and support.

Mel was really helpful polite and prompt with responses.
I would have given 5 stars but I had to chase the new quotation with less than 2 weeks to go until it was due as I hadn't heard anything form the company.

House Insurance via lloyd & Whyte for many years. Some forms used have been difficult to complete satisfactorily (usually because a yes/no answer is inappropriate) and inevitably I end up phoning the Company. This year was no exception, but my contact first with Kathy Middle and then Aisha Oaten settled all problems quickly, easily, and pleasantly - if expensively.

I was a customer of Medical Money Management from 1978, who were local to me and gave me continued personal service. I was intially concerned when their business was taken over. However, I have had an excellent experience with Lloyd and White and specifically Alisha Oaten, who has been looking after my home insurance and contents needs. I hope that she will continue to do so for years to come as again I prefer that personal service. Alisha is highly competent, respectful, patient, easy to contact and takes time to explain the detail of the product and the reason for the pricing.
