Spoke with Livewell today to order a mobility scooter for my father in law. Excellent price due to event sale. Livewell were very helpful and easy to order. The mobility scooter is due for delivery next week. Thankyou Livewell.

Ordered a scooter for disabled mom. Ordered from livewell via ebay. Ordered Sunday and it's not arrived contacted Ebay and livewell to be told would arrive Friday clearly not next day delivery. Friday come and gone and no scooter. Called them to be told not my problem call back Monday!!!!! SHOCKING disgusting service

Where do I start was looking for a lightweight powered wheelchair so I purchased the Instafold wheelchair from Livewell fantastic customer service and fast delivery only just started to use my powered wheelchair but so far am well happy with it would highly recommend great price great service

This is a great company to deal with, any complaints are sorted out in a reasonable time. I will definitely recommend Livewell for mobility aids

Chair is wonderful easy to use sensitive joystick that needs little effort
Folds and stores in car easily lighter weight than my manual wheelchair

Ordered a mobility scooter on the 29th July , and asked for it to be delivered on the 17th august, I emailed them on the 13th to ask when it was being sent out, so got a reply saying it would be sent out on the 16th for it to arrive on the 17th, well it didn’t arrive, I’d booked a day out for my granddaughters, and couldn’t go because it didn’t arrive , I tried to phone them on the Saturday had no reply, I sent a email asking for my money back. I will go else where and purchase a scooter , also contacted PayPal for a refund

Had an issue with the scooter. As the scooter was only 8 months old, their customer service handled everything. At the beginning it was not obvious if the fault was covered under the warranty, due to my size. However I paid a call out fee and they arranged a service engineer to visit my property, he came on the next working day, found the problem straight away, 2 screws missing (not my excessive weight!) replaced them and all is fine. My call out fee was refunded as the warranty covered it. Excellent customer service, shows they care about their customers not like some other companies who loose interest once the sale is finished. Can’t recommend this company highly enough! One phone call did it all, and it was answered instantly by a human! No sitting for hours listening to muzak as is the case so often these days. If you are thinking about buying your mobility scooter from this company, look no further! Their service is brilliant

There initial delivery was faultless. It was only when I had a problem that it all went wrong. I have an Instafold mobility scooter and suddenly it wouldn't lower or raise. I was still under warranty so I thought No Problem. How wrong could I be? Firstly when I rang Livewell I was told they couldn't help because I had bought it via Ebay. and I had to communicate via Ebay. I eventually got through and they agreed tosend out an engineer. He came out and we agreed that the lift actuator had broken. He said he would notify Livewell. I had previously told Livewell that I relied on my scooter to get out the house and that I was housebound without it. Nearly 2 weeks later I still hadn't heard anything so I contacted the firm again. Iwas told that they must have missed the engineers report.They sent me a part and it was the wrong one! A engineer woke me up at 6.50.am and asked if I had the part and I explained that they had sent the wrong part.He wasnt impressed and clearly didn't believe me. He took the scooter apart and eventually agreed that it was the actuator. Days went by and I heard nothing. I again rang the company and asked to speak to a manager. I was told he would getback to me via e mail. He said the matter was in hand and it would be sorted.That was nearly a week ago and nothing has happend. It has been nearly a month since I broke down and I have been without my scooter. The company has so many departments and the don;t communicate with each other

Had a scooter from livewell for my mother in law purchased August 2022 off eBay …was fine , now keeps cutting out don’t know what’s wrong with it waited 2 weeks for engineers they use called HDD (3rd party ones ) USELESS don’t carry any parts to fix scooter ! Was RUDE to my mother in law saying can’t wait around all day whilst she is trying to show him what’s actually wrong with it as keeps cutting out ! All he says is well looks like there’s screws missing ! Like she’s gonna have taken the screws out herself ! He doesn’t have replacement screws ! No resolution and can’t risk taking the scooter out so paid £500 August 2022 they won’t accept a return as we have been using until the fault and doesn’t know what’s wrong with it apparently so AVOID the live well team just say oh we will have too wait for engineers report I said yes I would love to see a copy of that useless useless useless

WoW…Ordered and paid for a (sport) black (manual) wheelchair on telephone last Friday (pm)…so happy, as it was delivered to Essex very next day, fantastic and thank yous…a good quality product at good price, ideal for me…Ps; my battery ‘Jaunt’ scooter-chair l bought long time ago from Livewell, still going great…a great firm to deal with. I would like to commend Livewell on a very polite and efficient service, I rang and spoke to Tom who was extremely helpfull , and explained everything thoroughly and even though it was afternoon , he still managed to get the self propelled wheelchair delivered the next day.
The wheel chair was in excellent condition ,and after being bedbound for 6 weeks with a spine problem , it allowed me to go out for the first time, Thanks very much , great product and service , i highly reccomend definately 5 star .

The wheelchair was delivered very promptly however when trying to attach the foot pedals it all went down hill had I kept the packaging I would have returned this product.
Being in poor health means I have no strength in my arms which is Definately needed when attaching these rather useless pedals.
The product itself is not made of quality materials and I will be giving this chair to the chair to the charity shop .

Very simple to order. Next day free delivery. Product exactly as described. Very happy with purchase.

Delivered safely and the packing ensured no damage to the mobile device. The delivery driver was very helpful unloaded it where I wanted it to be. After removable from the packaging it was swiftly put together and after a trial run it was safely put away into the boot of my car. Very pleased a good service by all concerned.

Livewell is an amazing company very happy and helpful to customers.

I had a really positive experience when buying a recliner/riser that was recommended to me by the health professionals.
I contacted Livewell and spoke to Tom. He was polite and courteous and made the whole buying experience a really positive one for me.
The chair was delivered and assembled by HDD and was again, a positive experience.
Thank you, Tom, and all the staff, for being so nice to me, for what is a difficult thing to go through.
