Beautifully made wheelchair and I'm so happy it was a black Friday deal as I've been waiting to afford one. As soon as I saw this one I knew it was perfect for me, excellent delivery service, polite driver, would highly recommend to friends and family and maybe even a stranger or 2, I've been housebound now for 4 years, I can honestly say I was in floods of tears realising I can be independent again now, I just wish I could get some pre owned car boot ramps now as they're now too expensive. Regarding this wheelchair, it's amazing and charges quickly. Thanks for giving me a me a chance of independence again xx

From start to finish it was made easy to order my mum’s wheelchair, the person on the phone was very helpful and explained everything about the wheelchair.and it was delivered within the time frame, I would recommend livewell to anyone looking for a wheelchair👍🏼

What a helpful lady I spoke to, answered all my questions , I then decided to go ahead and purchase it. so polite and professional on the phone. I called first to check stock of the scooter. took payment over the phone. filled out the vat exemption form .i had to do nothing. delivery arrived the next day. parcel undamaged. scooter undamaged. awesome service. others should follow your lead. will be ordering more items in the future. I ordered a Shower Stool which arrived 2 days later, impressed, but unfortunately had a small fault after trying to put it together. Oh no!!!!!! So emailed Livewell, got a super quick reply advising me not to worry as a replacement was on its way to me, which has just arrived, one day later, even more impressed.
Easily put together by me (67yr old lady) and is now ready to go in my shower.

Wanted to order an item from the Website.
Had 5% (with a code) off before the weekend - 10% off (with a code) at the weekend...
Logged in today and it mentioned 10% early Black Friday deal today - I thought it would also include a code (nope!)
The price before the code was just under £300.. The same as last week..

Phoned Customer Services who told me that the current 10% was included already - so basically offering zero discount compared to last week and an inflated figure with a 10% amount included now..

Was told that i f I wanted it cheaper I should have ordered last week (sarcasm at its finest!!!)
All in all, I needed the chair for my elderly mother, so had to order it anyway (at full price!!)
Disappointed with the Site / Customer Service.. Plus over paid by £30
Just hope the chair is ok!?!?!

This item is no longer required, its not been used and only opened the box because Livewell wanted us to take photos of it for return. We paid £15 to return it at our own cost and we requested a refund weeks ago for the item which was just under £90. These people said it would be refunded by yesterday and it was not, now we have to wait even longer with no idea if or when they will pay it back ! Not a good company, others would have refunded straight away...

Excellent company. So easy to deal with. After placing my order over the phone I received my mobility scooter the next day. Great value for the price I paid. Happy Customer !!!
