Fantastic company and all round great people. Buy frequently from them and the support has always been excellent.

Sometimes hardware fails, but LinITX have always been responsive and resolved the issue!

I have used LinITX for several years now and spent a lot of money with them. service is generally very good when you order from the website however when something goes wrong there is zero sympathy and even less help. I spend much less with other wholesalers who will bend over backwards and appreciate the business. I'm afraid these guys dont backup a good product range with good service

As is typical for a friday afternoon, nothing ever goes quite to plan and I found I needed an extra MikroTik router for our install! Even though it was well past their stated 3pm cut off for next day deliveries, I phoned them last Friday afternoon and they said that although they were busy in the warehouse, as it was just the one router, if I was quick, they would rush it through and my order should still be able to catch the couriers before they arrive in half an hour. I made my order as fast as I could, selected saturday delivery and within 15 minutes I was getting automated emails telling me of every step of my order progress from payment being taken, to it being packed and then another final email with the courier tracking info. The following day DPD were here with our router. Thanks again guys! Life Savers! Excellent above and beyond service! Plus, one other bonus... it came with a genuine UK IEC mains lead in the box not a 2 pin EU lead with a shaver adaptor!

we use to purchase form them on regular basis and gave them enough business that they could afford a loss of £10 on one of there item. the item had a price of £141 but later they said the price is wrong and the actual price is £153, and rejected the order, DO NOT PURCHASE from them.

As a fairly regular purchaser of Ubiquiti kit, I'm very impressed after my first experience with LinITX. The order was dispatched quickly and I was kept informed at every stage of the process. Unlike my previous supplier who just sends things in a thin plastic bag, I was pleased that the item was very well packaged in a strong box and so arrived in pristine condition. The prices also seem competitive.

Some reviews mention having to wait for them to test items if returned. To me this is entirely reasonable and shows that they actually understand the equipment they're selling. Their blog also mentions that they deal with the return or exchange process throughout the warranty period whereas my previous supplier limited this to 6 months. This is a crucial difference as it is a real pain to have to arrange an RMA though Ubiquiti in the USA.

This will definitely be my preferred supplier from now on.

Really cant fault them, every time I order something from them its picked, packaged and shipped really quickly. They let you choose from a list of couriers so if there is a particular courier that is a bit crap at delivering in your area you can avoid them.
I use them mainly for equipment that goes into client premises, and so far they haven't let my business down, even when I've needed stuff urgently...

12V POE Powerbank not working, looks like damaged RG45 connector. Pretty poor that these are note checked/QC at some stage.

I have used these guys for over 15 years. Nothing is a problem to them.

Excellent service and vast knowledge of products

Bought 2 expensive routers with them, tested one of them and didn't like the performance.

Had to explain detail by detail and also prove that the router was the one sent by them (had to send mac address).

After lots of e-mails, got approval to send it back and was told they would cover the costs of return shipment.

After they received the products they did the refund of the value of the products (that's why I'm giving two stars and not one). But then I asked what about the shipment costs?

They promptly created some excuses saying that just the "restocking fee" would be more than the costs of shipping and they wouldn't refund anything more.

Their website is not clear about the costs (I also didn't see any mention about restocking fees) and even if they were clear about the returning costs, I have AN E-MAIL stating that THEY would pay the for that.

I will not buy with them again, and they can thank me for posting this deal on HotUkDeals, I made at least 20 sales for them.

I was looking for a seemingly unobtainable spare part for a MikroTik item - extensive on-line searches had drawn a blank and I was seriously considering how to make my own.
Mentioned on IRC that I was looking for this item and was instantly prompted to email sales at LinITX.
Within the hour, Jake from sales had found two of the items I was looking for, posted them on their website, and I had placed the order.

Excellent service and communications. Ordered first time from this company and everything went smoothly and product was dispatched and delivered on time. I will use again.
