I had a problem setting up the access points to my UDM Pro which was sorted out very patiently for me - full marks for the quality of the technical support.

LinITX were awesome helping me with upgrading my office (and now home) network to Unify. Delivery times were great, with status emails at every part of the way. Very much recommend!

When we ordered some very new technology from LinITX the device did not function quite as we expected.
They immediately took one from stock and spent several days making it work themselves. They then shared the instructions and catches which we needed to apply - and all is now fine.
