I was approached by our estate agents about whether I had contents cover which I did not, however needed. They booked me in with Orianne who was more than accomodating. She took her time to ensure I got the correct cover for myself and my partner. She then did a follow up call to see if we would like the cover she found for us and after we accepted she was extremly prompt with activating the insurance and sending us through the relevant information.

Many thanks to Vincent, Nicola and Paris for a great service all round. From the start to the end nothing was to much trouble and always will to provide answer and in a very quick manner to.

My advisor (Chloe O'Keeffe) came highly recommended to me by a friend, and has lived up to that recommendation.

She was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, was great at laying out the options, and very prompt about getting things done (all holdups in the process were entirely due to my bank). Once the application was submitted, the administrator I was handed off to (Nicola Creelman) was very efficient at getting everything sorted and keeping me informed.

Other than fighting with my bank for the necessary documentation (which is hardly the mortgage broker's fault!), the whole process was a breeze, and I felt comfortable that I knew what was going on at every stage without having to do any of the actual heavy lifting. Even when the mortgage provider made a mistake on one of the bits of documentation, I was confident that Chloe would get it sorted, and she did so very promptly.

We were supported through this process by Josh Paradise and Nicola Creelman, both of whom supported us through every aspect of applying for our remortgage and were prompt in replying to any questions we had. They helped to make it as easy as possible for us.

Very helpful throughout. We were put in touch with Life Financial Services by Chancellors. We spoke to Chloe who was incredibly helpful in finding us a lender who would meet our demands. We were unable to find a lender who would lend us the amount we wanted until Chloe found someone.

We were then constantly kept in the loop by both Chloe and Paris. I couldn't recommend them more.
