Life Financial Services were excellent in helping me secure a mortgage offer. As a first time buyer I was conscious of my lack of knowledge about the process but the advisors I dealt with (Rebecca Saunders and Vincent Hornsby) were extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. They kept me updated throughout and I would definitely recommend them.

Jo and Nicola were great from start to finish. We have a portfolio of properties and were also buying in a Ltd so it was not a straight forward case. Found us a good deal and dealt with lender queries quickly and effectively. Their fees are average with the rest of the market. I would probably say they are worth the fee however as a business we need to make cost savings where we can and so this would be the only reason we wouldn’t look to use them in the future. I used Life Financial services to arrange for a mortgage in the extremely busy times of stamp duty holidays. I was able to get a mortgage offer in a very reasonable time. While the service has fees, I think it's worth it!
