Fantastic service today from Dennis at Liberty Locksmith!
Our key wouldn't turn in the lock and the locking mechanism for our apartment door had seized. One phone call and half an hour later and Dennis arrived exactly when he said he would and set to work to resolve this issue.

The full five point lock on the rim of the door plus the main lock itself had to be removed. Now, at this point I would have been none the wiser if I had been told the entire locking mechanism had needed replaced. But Dennis was extremely honest and said he could actually fix the lock itself!

To put this into context- my neighbour was passing and informed us that this had also happened in one of the other apartments and the resident had been quoted just over £1,000 to install a new replacement locking assembly as apparently the developer had fitted very expensive locks in this building!!!!

We were charged a fraction of this price to have our door lock fixed by Liberty!!!!
So, hat's off to this company for their honesty, kindness and fantastic service!

Not everyone you would Grant Full access to your front door , alarm system and trust however can say that we felt we were in safe hands. I was panicking as could not get back door of house closed due to faulty lock , phoned Liberty locksmiths , Dennis came to my house and solved the problem very efficiently , the price was very economical , 1st class job and explained thoroughly what the problem was , I can't speak highly enough of Liberty locksmiths.

I moved into a new home a couple of weeks ago and the front door had been jamming every so often. After a quick google search I found Liberty Locksmiths and sent a WhatsApp message at 8am and by 9:20am Denis was at my door to fix the problem. Denis explained the issue and advised the lock would eventually stop working. I was quoted a price at the beginning and was happy to proceed.
