I am a first-time buyer and I found Urban Surveyors to be very responsive and helpful in explaining anything I didn't understand. I got quotes from a few local companies and they were the cheapest and got the survey done and sent me the report efficiently and quickly.

This is the second time I have used Urban Surveyors. Garret did an amazing survey report where I saw all the flaws and problems of the first house. I decided eventually not to proceed with buying the house which I never regretted. The second survey was also great with in dept details inside and outside of the property. Garret's survey gave me the insights of the house I want to live in and all the tools to negotiate with the vendor. He is very reliable, professional and punctual. We made the payment after the survey and received the survey within 3 working days. He also rang us the same day of the survey to give us his brief opinion of the property which saved us time and money as his fees are very competitive in the market. I would strongly recommend his service.

We have received an excellent service, from start to end. This is our first home and Urban Surveyors offered us a high quality and professional service throughout, which took away a lot of the stress involved in purchasing a property. Communication was prompt and clear. An added bonus was that payment was requested once the survey had been completed. We went for a Level 3 and received a very thorough and detailed report that will hopefully save us some money before anything is signed and finalised. Would highly recommend Urban Surveyors!

We received a word of mouth recommendation for Garret Kellet (Urban Surveyors) to carry out a Building Survey for our new house in Manchester in May 2021. Urban Surveyors had a longer lead time than usual due to the Stamp Duty deadline, but we are very pleased with the support we have received, with Garret personally taking the time to quickly respond to queries.

I found this service on the RICS website. I read the reviews and got in touch with Garret. He was extremely helpful from the first conversation. He provided us with a qoute and he booked in with the vendors soon after. I didn't have to do much just sit back and relax. On the day of survey completion, Garrett provided verbal feedback. The report was really in depth and covered all aspects of the house. The feedback provided helped to us to get a clearer picture of the property.
