It was so much easier than I thought it would be. The service is amazing, well prepared and helpful. Will definitely use Le pet Express again in the future.

Brenda was amazing!! She has lot of experience with pets, and the van is super comfortable both for the pets and the humans.

My experience with Le pet Express was fantastic and stress-free. The booking process was simple, and they kept me informed at every step of the way. Our driver Brenda was wonderful. She kept us informed at every stage of the adventure.
Traveling, especially with pets, is stressful, and this company appears to understand this and takes excellent care of its customers!

I had booked to go on the pet express with my dog however when I turned up I told that I could not board as my dogs vaccination was over a year old however after consulting a vet a few days later I was told that I actually was able to travel as type of vaccination that my dog had was valid for 3 years and that he was fully up to date.

It is the most professional company with the greatest service. Brenda is very professional and responsible person and I can say that you will have the best experience with her and her service.

The process was very clear, and we knew we were in good hands bringing our dog with us into the U.K. Professional, trustworthy service!

Efficient, reassuring and capable.

3 words to describe Brenda and the very long/tiring journey pet owners have to endure to cross from France to London. My dog Marty and I were lucky enough to book LePetExpress a couple days beforehand due to a cancellation. We arrived to the mtg point exhausted after a 7hour flight and 2 trains however Brenda provided the reassurance we needed. She even managed to provide advice with what could have been a disastrous tapeworm timing error on my Vets part.

Pro tip: even if it’s a last min booking (like mine) send paperwork to Brenda for review!

I’ve recently taken Le pet express. I arrived from Vancouver and I am so grateful to Brenda for all of her assistance along the way! I wouldn’t have made it from Paris to London with out her and pet express.

I looked at other options but none were as seamless as le pet express.
The quality of service was impeccable and my little dog actually enjoyed the our little adventure.

Excellent service, very well organised and communicated all round. Le Pet Express was the perfect start to my long journey, and made the channel crossing seem less and stress free, thank-you so much.

Where to start? Terrible website, constantly lagging, making the booking process a living nightmare! The van is extremely uncomfortable, for both the people and the animals! The animals are all cramped together in small cages. This stresses them which causes dogs to bark constantly throughout the whole trip. The driver, Brenda is rude and lazy! Our train was waiting for us at Calais ville however Brenda refused to drive us there and dropped us off at Calais Frethun. This led to everyone missing their train and having to wait over 3 hours for the next one to arrive. Avoid this company at all costs⚠️!

Brenda is great! Very organised, expert in the paperwork and process to cross the channel. It’s fun to cross the sea with all the dogs in the van, and hearing about everyone’s dog stories. Also most affordable option out there. Highly recommend!

This company is providing an amazing service which allows my pet to travel in the respectful, caring and safe fashion which he deserves. Cannot recommend Le Pet Shuttle enough.
