If you don't have a car, you don't have a lot of options for bringing your dog from France to the UK. Eurostar doesn't allow pets, the ferries only allow them in a car, and on flights they have to go in cargo at great expense and hassle.

With Le Pet Express you just show up at Calais Frethun, put your pet into one of the van's kennels, settle into your own seat, and you're off! A couple of hours later (mostly getting the dog's paperwork etc checked) you're in the UK at Ashford International. It's convenient, affordable, and your pet never leaves your sight.

This is truly the most professional transport service between France and the British border at the cheapest price. Mrs. Brenda who organizes and implements this service is very dedicated from the beginning to the end of the process. She knows the whole procedure and before the trip she will explain to you what is needed from the documentation so that there are no surprises at the border itself. Therefore, good preparation before the trip is important, but the whole process at the state border is very easy because Brenda knows what to do and when to do it. Huge recommendation for this company and this was my second trip with them. Rating 10+

My kitty and I took a long journey from Turin to London through Nice, Paris and Calais. And I would admit the most relaxing part of it was with lepetexpress!
Brenda was very experienced, precise, responsive, and super kind all the way, from the reservation to the doc preparation, pick-up, doc presentation at the border, etc. She was quite a sociable person, which not only made me feel at ease in communicating with her and other passengers, but also made the time fly as we were waiting to go through the eurotunnel.
Not to mention that this is the most convenient solution for solo travellers, I would highly recommend lepetexpress, especially to all the first-time pet-travellers.

We travelled with Le Pet Express from France to the UK as there are no better affordable and accessible services available (what a surprise!). The trip was very smooth, and the dogs & cats in the van were well-behaved. Brenda is evidently passionate about her work and treats the passengers and their furry friends with respect and care. Highly recommend!

Incredible service and a really, really fair price. Brand picked us up (the owner) and made it the simplest, easiest process. I traveled solo with my dog and was so relaxed.

She checked Molly's paperwork beforehand to alleviate any worries about border issues and made sure we were prepped for each step of crossing the border. Each step of the way, she explained exactly what to expect and was so very attentive and kind! My pup did great and I was able to relax in very comfy chairs. We are so thankful for the service! The pet spaces are clean and spacious and the humans seats are very comfortable.

I had to cancel my booking for various reasons and the staff at Le Pet Express were extremely understanding and helpful. The fee was refunded without question and the money appeared back in my account within a couple of days. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in future if the need arises.

Couldn't be happier with the service from Brenda & LePetExpress. Brenda is a lovey lady and she took all the stress out of crossing into France with our two cats. We would certainly use again and we highly recommend the company. You can even send your pet's paperwork in advance and Brenda will take a look and make sure it's all in order.

Le Pet Express is FANTASTIC!! I am so grateful I found Le Pet Express and had an outstanding experience bringing my dog from the USA to the UK via France. My small dog travels with me often and likes going under the seat in a bag. When I found out I was relocating to the UK I spend hours researching how to bring a dog to the UK without flying cargo. I discovered Le Pet Express after reading about it on someone’s blog. The website is very user friendly and specific. I corresponded with Le Pet Express prior to booking and received prompt, friendly, and detailed responses. It was easy to book and I received email reminders prior to my booking. On the day of the journey I arrived at the train station 1.5 hours early (due to my train arrival from Paris) and met other people also using Le Pet Express which made the time pass quickly. Before boarding the bus our paperwork was thoroughly checked so to avoid any problems at the border and our lovely driver clearly explained what to expect regarding the journey, border crossing, etc. My dog was with me the entire time and could see me from his large built-in cage on the bus; even relaxed during the journey. I will always use Le Pet Express to enter the UK again!
