Great Service
I had an issue with two flash guns that I use which needed a repair & I needed them back urgently. Laura fixed the issue for me straight away within 30 mins and I managed to collect them straight away on the same day.
Previously ordered from this company too and service etc absolutely amazing and it was a quick delivery!

Incorrect item description
First of all, I've been generally happy with the goods and service I receive from Lencarta. I was looking for studio flash head modelling lights that were around 5500k temperature and ordered E27 lamps that were described as such. When I received them I discovered that they were the same warm white as I already have. I've just kept them as spares but disappointed as I've now had to go to a supplier that I don't like to use to source these.

Fast and reliable service
Excellent website with onboard chat facility. I've purchased Lencarta products before albeit through Amazon. Delivery was prompt and prices comparable to that other vendor. I will be looking to purchase other items from them in the future e.g. backgrounds.

Great Service!
Had an issue with a light which subsequently required a repair, however, I needed the kit back urgently due to a booking a couple of days later. Laura, in the repair team, fixed the problem straight away and I was able to pick up the lights the next day...Many thanks for the super quick turnaround!
