Delivery date issues
I recently had a very disappointing experience with my order from this website. The shipping time was inaccurately listed when I placed my order. I only discovered the discrepancy when I contacted customer service a week later, as I hadn't received any tracking number. They assured me that the product would arrive on time. This promise was reiterated shortly before the expected delivery date. However, the product still did not arrive on time, which caused me significant extra costs as I had to source the item elsewhere for my work. Had they been honest about the delay from the beginning, I would have purchased the product from another supplier. Although they promised some compensation for the inconvenience, I have not received any information or a discount code as of now.

They should stop using Parcelforce.
Parcelforce sent me a message of them coming and they failed to show up. I had to clear my schedule so I can be at home waiting. Now they are holding it in Sheffield which is a. Little far from me.

It’s always a good experience buying…
It’s always a good experience buying from Lencarta. The online chat facility is very helpful and queries are dealt with quickly.
I’m really impressed with the Lencarta brand light stands and are brilliant value for money.
Lencarta is my first port of call when shopping for photographic gear but checked their prices on their website, Amazon and eBay to find the cheapest deal.
