I missed the next day order cut off…
I missed the next day order cut off time by about 25 minutes and to my surprise it was delivered next day. They still sent it out that day for ND delivery. That's is excellent customer service in my eyes.

Laura Hogg provided exceptional service. Firstly her communication was on point, followed by her following through with all of her promises and lastly, the service didn’t cost a thing as it was just a stray screw causing my flashgun to not work. This far exceeded my expectations 5* service.
