Another great shopping experience with LLB! So I purchased the TLD Stage full face helmet in stealth camo olive on a 48hr delivery service.
The helmet was a great price and awesome being so extremely light. There's no air restrictions in or out of the helmet which is a first for me not even having to remove it when climbing and can highly recommend it.

Two decent pairs of mountain bike shorts for £60 well packaged and delivered in a few days, cant fault the service, thanks.

I initially had a disappointing experience when purchasing my bike, as the system showed it was in stock when it actually wasn’t. It turned out to be a computer error, which was frustrating at the time.

However, Mick completely turned the experience around. He was incredibly understanding and invited me into the shop to test a bike in person. His knowledge of mountain bikes is incredible — he really is a fountain of knowledge. After talking through what I needed, he helped me find a bike that was actually better suited to me and still within my budget.

Both Mick and Damien took the time to explain how each component works in detail, which really reassured me that I was making the right decision. Mick even went as far as drawing on paper to explain the philosophy behind the adjustable headset angle, which shows the level of care and passion they have for what they do.

Although the experience didn’t start well, the guys in the shop completely redeemed the Leisure Lakes name. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and can’t wait to get my hands on the bike once it’s been built.

I’d highly recommend this bike shop to anyone who wants genuine mechanics who truly care about bikes, will look after your pride and joy, and go above and beyond for their customers.
