Puncture repair
Have a wheel retapped, from taking the bike into the Frodsham store. Attitude of the staff quite poor.
Cost of the job £60, a lot cheaper for this to be done at Halfords or Evans cycles.
The attitude and cost has ensured I won’t be returning for any more work.
Very disappointed.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sincerely sorry to hear that your experience at our Frodsham store didn't meet the standards we pride ourselves on.
Regarding the £60 cost, we understand that larger chains like Halfords or Evans operate on a different pricing scale. As a specialist shop, our rates reflect the high level of precision and the dedicated time our mechanics take to ensure a technical job like re-tapping a wheel is done safely and permanently.
However, technical skill should never be an excuse for poor service. I am disappointed to hear that our team’s attitude missed the mark during your visit, and I will be addressing this with the Frodsham staff internally to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Great bike shop with a friendly vibe
Great bike shop with a friendly vibe, great prices & selection. I ordere a Ebike online & the bike was ready to pickup in a couple of days. When i had a problem with the Axs mech it was warrantied & replaced in a week with great communication. Top service, Thanks.

Came in with a broken chain ring/ crank set on our tandem. Our tandem was seen to immediately. The service was absolutely impeccable. So grateful. Thank you Oliver for helping us back on the road.

My dealings with leisure lakes bikes was really good,there were some issues which were out of their control,the main one being Parcelforce who sent the bike to the wrong delivery depot twice but eventually after nearly a week and a half the bike got delivered.The staff at leisure lakes bikes were really helpful though....

Excellent service from the team
Excellent service from the team, From being very helpful in setting my sons bike up to setting up the bike rack up on the roof of my car and even entertaining my one year old daughter whilst she was running riot. I would highly recommend the team at leisure Lakes Frodsham and I will most certainly be buying from here again, thank you.

Great bike shop!
Bought quite a few bits of kit from Leisure Lakes at Frodsham. Always a nice visit, pleasant staff, good selection of stuff in store and easy to get click and collect orders sent there. On this occasion it was Fidlock accessories which have worked perfectly on their first ride. Only problem when going to Leisure Lakes is bike temptation - which is my own personal problem! Great business!
