Supportive staff

I had a complex issue with my employment that I was struggling to get help with until I got through to Brian. Brian went the extra mile when fixing the issue and was incredibly kind throughout.

The agent Billy was friendly and courteous and explained the process in a clear and concise manner.
Listened well too which can be rare these days! Also had good character, you could tell. A credit to his company.

To Hatty & Big Credit to LegalForLandlords

Hatty was absolutely amazing in helping us set up our home insurance and WiFi for our new house. She was such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

She was incredibly efficient, patient and understanding while I was making decisions about what would work best for our home. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she made sure I was fully informed about all the options and details I needed before making any decisions.

She was genuinely so friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process, and made what could have been quite stressful feel really straightforward and easy. An absolute delight to speak to and a real credit to the team. Thank you so much, Hatty! 😊
