Brian was amazing in helping me to resolve the referencing issue with credit check. He was patient on the call and very efficient in resolving the issue. I had my credit check issue resolved within a day of speaking to him.

I think for IT savvy people the service is great but given the work I do in this community it might be hard for some people to manage. But I assume help is given over phone or in the estate agents offices. Good responses to queries.
