For the recent migration

For the recent migration, my email nanny prevented me from accessing an email that provided details of the change and what I needed to do.
I put in a request for support - for LCN to resend the email to a secondary email address - and the request was dealt with in less than ten minutes! Outstanding service from the help desk!!

Poor Customer Service – No Refund Even When Notified Immediately

I had two client domains that were set to auto-renew by default. As soon as I noticed the renewal, I contacted the company on the same day to explain that my clients did not want to renew and to request a refund.

Unfortunately, I was told that once the payment has gone through, there’s no refund under any circumstance, even if you contact them immediately. This seems unreasonable and unfair, especially when no additional services have been used and the request was made straight away.

Other providers are far more understanding and allow at least a short grace period for accidental renewals. It’s disappointing to see such rigid policies and lack of customer consideration.

Had a problem with email security…

Had a problem with email security settings. Spoke to Reece in the support team and he was incredibly helpful, being able to sort me out within just a few minutes. Great service and brilliant to know that they are there at the end of a phone if I have an issue.

LCN IS A SCAM WON'T EVER ADVICE ANYONE TO USE THEIR SITE.

My refund has never been made Tracking Reference :You guys are taking advantage of me and your clients you have a lot of compliance in here. when I call all I get is the same response I'll have it in a week, What is your excuse now I thought your were trustworthy people and respected you.

Kyle understood exactly what I was trying to do and was most helpful.
As to some of us the tech language is foreign, he knew what I wanted to do and was great with the advise

Good service

Took quite a long time for phone to pick up, hence 4 star rather than 5 star, but once answered, Kyle was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Good service.

Used them for many years

Used them for many years, been fine for me, never had any issues. Can find cheaper if you look around, but I don't know how good the service would be.

Excellent service

I have been with LCN for about 9 years and have never experienced a problem. I recently called their Customer Helpline for the first time and the call was answered promptly by Reece. He was most helpful in explaining recent service changes and helped me to select a different package based on my usage - an excellent service. Some companies do not offer a telephone based service and instead, push customers to use web chat. Having used both, the LCN offering is far better, quicker and more effective.

I've had to use this company for years…

I've had to use this company for years through a client and they are an absolute nightmare. EVERY time I have to use them to manage a website I constantly get locked out of FTP access. They have JUST DONE IT AGAIN! Locked my FTP access randomly for no reason and now their file manager doesn't even work. Their website is slow and is currently not even working. I have had enough. I will be trying to get my client to cancel his account ASAP. The amount of time I've wasted when I should be working on my project is ridiculous. AVOID LCN.COM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Friendly, prompt, efficient service

Although I had to wait a few minutes to get through, Reece was super-helpful with the issue we had, and not at all condescending when I asked some basic questions!
