Great service and value.

Recently bought a used item on line from the team at the Southampton CC Branch. Excellent pre- purchase support with queries. Item arrived well packed next working day in good condition as illustrated and graded. A great and convenient way to acquire competitively priced quality checked used equipment with reassurance of a guarantee.

Great customer service and expertise

Thanks so much to store manager Matt who was very kind, patient and gave fantastic advice as I bought my first camera here today. I felt like he was great at advising on exactly what I needed for my upcoming trip and helped configure and set up the camera with everything I needed.

I Cocked up and miss typed my mobile…

I Cocked up and miss typed my mobile number. DPD will not deliver without the pin sent to your phone. LCE civic center Southampton were fantastic an sorted a re delivery this time without pin and did not charge for the second delivery 👍. The Lense a 20 year old Sigma 12/24mm was described as excellent and when examined looks like new and probably has never been used 👍
