Great service from the guys at LCE in Southampton. Even called me to say that DPD had left my parcel behind and delivery would therefore be delayed by one day.

Magnificent customer service that a lot of companies can learn from. The staff know their various photographic equipment in store like the back of their hands. Never have they let me down and are my go to for everything photographic.

Excellent service as always. I ordered a Thinktank camera bag which was on back order. I was contacted immediately by someone from the shop which received my online order (Southampton branch) to ensure I knew the bag wouldn’t be in for at least 4 weeks and was I happy to proceed.
The website had made it really clear but I was very happy to have it checked and to wait.
I was kept updated and received the bag which I am delighted with.

The service itself was great. Unfortunately the back pack arrived (in its new packaging) with a large white mark down the front of the pack. As I urgently need this, I had no time to return it, otherwise I would have done so

Absolutely amazing! Every time I go, I have a very positive experience. All the staff are friendly and knowledgable and really enthusiastic to share their craft. It's an excellent place to buy second hand camera equipment which is high quality and often without fault (any scratches or marks are made clear before purchase). The staff are incredible - they are excellent at providing guidance and knowledge to help you make the best decision for your photographic journey. You never feel rushed or pushed into making a decision/purchase, which I really valued. We talked to the store manager, who was generous and knowledgable in helping me find solutions to some technical problems I was struggling with, and I came away with lots of different options to experiment with to see what would work best. All the staff have a genuine care for their customers, which is really lovely. I'd recommend this shop to anyone either wanting to get into photography, learn more or level up. I'd never go anywhere else!

Order came quickly and was in good condition and a good price.

Called to check if a used item was still available, they went to check while I was on the phone and put it aside while filled out the online order . Arrived by DPD next working day. Item as described, very happy and will use them again.
