Ordered at 10am and was with me by 1pm the next day. And this was between Christmas and new year when the post is famously bad

Good kit and delivered promptly

Very good. Needed a quick replacement for my broken D5300 and found a good second hand one after taking advice from an excellent person at the Plymouth branch. After my trip to India I will be back in to upgrade to a full frame set up.
Can’t recommend enough, wouldn’t look anywhere else now. Total trust.

I was able to talk on the phone about the camera and then get the link to buy, it was so easy.

Friendly staff in the Plymouth shop and smooth and efficient online ordering process with quick delivery of cameras in excellent condition almost new looking.

It’s so great to meet people who really know their stuff. The store had a decent stock of binoculars and with a specific request for binoculars good for birding, we were guided through the pros and cons of various price points in a friendly unpressured manner. Brilliant salesperson ! In the end the right option for us was to go for an open box option at another camera exchange store…. And we were blown away by the efficiency of the process … ordered at 15.30 on Tuesday, they arrived by DPD by 15.30 on Wednesday . No extra postal charge. Can’t fault either the store or the online experience.

Good communication between camera exchange and my self, knew where my package was and when it would arrive. Most importantly they use a trusted courier service

Offered plenty of help and advice. Chuffed to bits as it was very frustrating for me trying to do this at home.
There was a glitch between mobile app and camera using wireless method.

A great service! I had a query regarding a camera and so asked a couple of questions via email which were answered promptly . I wanted to buy a camera that was listed but not available to buy on line so the guys sent me a link to do this.
The camera was exactly as described and was dispatched immediately and arrived promptly.
Even though my experience was on line and via email, it very much felt like a personal service and I would highly recommend.
