LCE Colchester made all their efforts to accommodate my request: that the camera arrives that only day when I could be at home - they specify that the delivery address should coincide with the address on the card.
They communicated with me very promptly and, moreover, they found the solution to fit my needs.
I am very impressed, so I felt that I have to thank them and to let everybody know about their dedication and care for their customers.
Also the product is top class. I've been looking for this camera for quite a while, but, being an used electronic, I wanted to have some warranty/piece of mind and I also wanted it in an excellent condition - conditions fulfilled by LCE.

Colchester branch of LCE attended Mersea Island Photographic Society and spent an evening with us demonstrating still life / product and portrait photography. This was a practical session performed without the use of a studio.
The staff from LCE - Lauren the Manager, Alex Assistant Manager and James Sales Assistant were excellent.
They were all enthusiastic about their craft, very knowledgeable and willing to pass on their skills. A complement to themselves and LCE at Colchester.
We have already booked them for another visit.

The LCE team gave a marvellous presentation to members of the Mersea island photograpic society. We appreciated insights into learning more about using lighting for both still life and portraits. Great presentation and enthusiasm by the staff.

Lauren, Alex, James assisted by model Sam paid a visit to our club last night to provide an insight into staged setups, lighting and flash photography.
The night was an outstanding success as the team delivered a superb talk and practical demonstration. Their knowledge and passion for what they do is a credit to the them and they are a credit to the company

Great service and competitive pricing. The best bit about LCE Colchester is the staff, they are knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic. You can visit for advice without any pressure to buy and they are all enthusiastic photographers.

Good quick service. The camera is in good condition overall and I'm pretty happy with it. The only reason I haven't given five stars is that there is a slight dent in the front of the lens which means I can't fit a filter (the thread is distorted). This is a bit disappointing and I feel it should have been mentioned in the description. No problem with the optics, which are excellent.
