Good service whether in a shop or on line.

From ordering online, which was very swift - their old process was a bit of a faff - to the item arriving the next day, was brillant plus the lens was as described. I rest my case - it's the brown one with duff hinge on the left hand side but I will get it mended at some point..

Outstanding level of service, team very engaging, excellent product and market knowledge. Provided an excellent valuation for my camera for which I part exchanged of a new Fuji. From my London address I ordered a Fujinon wide-angle zoom online. The order went to Chester from where the lens was dispatched. It was in my hands a little over 24 hours later. Excellent service - and entirely consistent with my past experience of LCE.

LCE are my first port of call for all my camera purchases. Locally staff are excellent and very knowledgable. Internet purchases are a breeze, great selection of stock and next day delivery is a real bonus.
The Marine binoculars are superb, light weight and fantastic clarity for the price point.

Richard in the Chester office helped resolve an early shipping error and stayed with it till I got my camera OK, just one day later.

This week, I visited the Chester shop and was served by Marc. He is such a patient and knowledgeable sales person. He provided admirable customer service. I purchased a pair of Hawks binoculars. I tried a number of models to ensure I bought the appropriate pair for my needs.
Nothing was too much trouble. As the overall customer experience was exceptional, I will be using LCE to purchase a DJI drone.

Great service received from LCE Chester via their online service, I originally had a pre-order in for a new camera via the London Strand branch and they were great in organising but later on I wanted to change to ordering another camera in stock in Chester and they were both nothing but helpful in organising this change. Really happy with the order service and my new camera. Will be using LCE again for my needs.

As usual the used item I received was in exceptional condition, the only thing I noticed was the SD card slot next to the battery was so tight it did not release the card for extraction however after loading and removing the card several time it seemed to free up the slot so now much easier to remove card.
This was a minor thing so as always given 5 *

Camera arrived next day and in as new condition as described. Delighted with it.
