Mark i rescued excellant service first first

A company I trust and have used on many occasions. I mainly buy used kit and have the confidence that all items will be examined and checked completely by competent and knowledgeable staff before being sent.

Exceptionally speedy delivery.
Using DPD the most reliable carrier in my experience.
All boxed up.
Only minor gripe, no shoulder strap provided. To be fair it wasn’t listed, but a shame to have to purchase subsequently.

The lens was in good condition and as described. Moreover, Postal Service was brilliant, received the lens in only three days.
And it was a very good price 👍

Great Service and Advice Freely Given. I went to LCE in the Strand to pick up a few bits and pieces whilst there one of the staff who had a similar camera to mine helped me with a couple of settings on it I was having difficulty with, a great help, I will be shopping there again l.

Went into get a camera I had been looking at, and to get some more info on it. A gentleman (Mark) was very helpful, answering any questions I asked and giving lots of helpful useful tips and advice. I not only came away with a new camera but I also got a new flash as well. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for advice or good quality cameras.

The London Camera Exchange has been a good experience. Good pricing, quick delivery. On the delivery side DPD messed up, but LCE kept me in the loop, and made sure everything was good, and though it took a few extra days, it was all sorted. It wasn't their issue, but they stepped up.

Pristine condition for a used lens. You would not be able to tell it was used, even the packaging looks brand new. Shipping was slower than I would have liked but that was an issue with the courier failing to turn up when they said they would.
