Great product and excellent service

Shop with confidence. this company employs real people with a genuine desire to help customers. I had a problem with one of my shirts and it was replaced at once. The team made every effort to ensure the replacement reached me as quickly as possible.

Great company with excellent customer service, keeping me up to date with the progress of my order. I had to return a jacket as it was too big and I had no problem exchanging it. The delivery was very prompt and was sent via Royal mail instead of Evri which seemed a better service. The jacket is of good quality and I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

Love the style and quality

I bought a jacket on the basis that it was (and I quote) "Fully lined in 100% cotton". That was not true, the sleeves were lined in nylon. I have returned it.

Unfortunately the photograph on the website gave the wrong colour and style. However, when I contacted the company they agreed that it did not look right and corrected the image. I sent the item back and am awaiting a refund without any problem.

Unfortunately the stitching came apart near buttons on neckline after wearing only once.

I have bought tops from Lazy Jacks many times in the past and loved them. This recent purchase however was very disappointing. The quality of the materials was not what I expected, poor, thin and cheap looking. Also I had to return one item as, despite being the same label size as the others, it was absolutely HUGE, at least a size 20. Don’t think I will be ordering by mail again.

My two tee shirts are great . Really pleased with them although I did think they were slightly smaller than the last one I bought.

Excellent item. Exactly what I wanted and a brilliant service.

Been buying Lazy Jacks tops for my partner for many years and she loves them. Having purchased a Christmas gift from them for her all was good.
Just after Christmas they contacted me with Sale Offers so thought I would try a couple of items for myself plus another top as a gift for a special day for my partner.
Nothing arrived so contacted them on 6th January - they apologised, staff illness, but said the order would arrive the following day but nothing so I cancelled the order.
Today I get a message from a different member of staff saying that one of the items was now out of stock and would I like a substitute, WTF! So I was misled not only had my order not shipped but it hadn’t even been picked, appalling.

Will not be buying Lazy Jacks products again.

Quality purchases would strongly recommend Lazy Jacks clothing always more than satisfied with the all our purchases. They fit well and are serviceable and hard wearing.

The sweaters and dresses are true to size but I’ve bought a coat I tried on and it’s 2 times bigger than my usual fit for coats , quite embarrassing when you are a certain size and have to take a much bigger size so you are comfortable
