I ordered some clothes for my son for…
I ordered some clothes for my son for his birthday. medium jumper, medium shorts and medium T-shirt. XL jumpers came in error. All details sent and said they’ll collect from DPD. I replied to ask if I should return all and then send me the full correct order in case it was then out of stock. The have completely ignored me since this. I’ve sent so many emails and no response so now I can’t give my son his set for his birthday.

Really bad customer service
Shocking customer service, states that they typically respond in a few minutes but may not even get a reply. Portal online also did not work for trying to get a returns label despite following instructions for returning an item.

Size fits perfectly
Size fits perfectly, clothing is made of high quality fabric. The only downside is that the trousers has no back pocket, this should be stated as I will want to order in order colour but the back pocket is discouraging me to order, otherwise it is good quality fabrics.
