Quick efficient service

Great online service, ordered my coat with 40% discount which was a nice surprise and it came within 2 days on a standard delivery. Such a nice quality garment, tried a few other brands which were far more expensive but not as good

I purchased one of their body warmers back in July 2026 through a retailer at an agricultural show. First time I wore it both press studs on the slot pockets came out of the fabric. On inspection there was no stiffener behind the stud to stabilise the thin fabric that it was attached to, making this a design fault. Having written to them twice and not even had this acknowledged 3 months later is very disappointing. This is the first Lazy Jack piece of clothing I have purchased and it will be the last if I don't have any response. According to Trading Standards I should be entitled to my money back if the garment is faulty.

I’m writing to introduce myself and share some feedback after recently discovering Lazy Jacks while on holiday in Devon, where I visited Exmouth and Teignmouth.

I regularly write reviews and share my experiences of products and businesses, and I was genuinely impressed by what I saw. Lazy Jacks has a strong brand identity, with products that are well designed, desirable and particularly well suited to the coastal and leisurewear market.

I was also extremely impressed by the staff at both of your Devon stores. Despite the shops being exceptionally busy, the staff I encountered were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. That level of customer service deserves recognition, particularly when a business is operating under pressure.

I understand that Lazy Jacks is currently predominantly Devon-based. Having seen the products and experienced the stores for myself, I can see considerable potential for the brand to expand throughout the UK and, ultimately, internationally.

I believe there are several opportunities for further growth:

● Marketing and social media: Your products have a distinctive coastal lifestyle appeal. Platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok could be particularly effective for showcasing the range, the brand story and the lifestyle associated with Lazy Jacks. Increased digital exposure could help more customers across the UK and potentially overseas discover the brand.

● Product suggestion: A Lazy Jacks-branded baseball cap would be a natural addition to the range. A high-quality coastal or lifestyle cap would complement the existing clothing extremely well.

● Sizing feedback: I’m a bodybuilder and generally find XXXL to be the most comfortable and appropriate fit. Unfortunately, I noticed that XXXL availability appears to be quite limited in stores. My wife purchased the yellow, light green and red gilets, but XXXL was not available for me in those particular colours or styles. I appreciate that retailers cannot stock every size in every product; however, wider XXXL availability would encourage me to purchase additional items. Unfortunately of didn’t get the Gilet.

● Product reviews: I would be very interested in reviewing new Lazy Jacks products as they become available. I’m a keen reviewer and would be happy to provide honest, constructive feedback based on my personal experience. If you develop a branded baseball cap, I would also be pleased to be considered to review it.

I wanted to contact you because I genuinely believe Lazy Jacks has something special. I discovered the brand almost by chance while visiting Devon, and I believe there is significant potential to introduce it to a much wider audience.

I returned an item for a refund. They received it back a week ago TODAY and I am still waiting for my refund!!! Not acceptable. Why is it taking so long??? You told me last Friday the return was in progress!!!!

Brilliant Product following an easy to understand ordering system

Having placed an order for three items on the website and being debited for them, I failed to receive the goods. I communicated with the company who then said that the goods were no-longer available even though all the emails stated the purchase had been processed and was then in transit. In speaking to them again they said the sweatshirt had never been available and that a credit had been processed. The credit never arrived which they then said was a systems error. I then received an email promoting a 40% sale where the goods I wanted were still being advertised as available. It took several efforts on my part to initiate a refund for all my items. The company was never pro-active in communicating and when speaking to them, they genuinely did not care. I have lost total faith in the brand and would advise you not shopping here.

I love the products but after only one wash on a 3o wash the colours came out of my shorts very disappointing

I ordered a top in size 12, the same size as 2 tops I already have. It was massively long and the collar was huge so I've had to return it. Between the post to receive and the post to return I paid £10 on top of the garment price. Although I generally like Lazy Jacks clothes I won't be ordering online from them again.

We visited Lazy Jacks yesterday, food was nice service was terrible, disorganised and a complete shambles. We were sat down pretty quickly, but left for about 45 minutes before being served drinks. Once our order been taken, which was strange, we got asked while ordering our steak how would we like it which we said medium to well done and the waitress asked if we want it medium or well done very strange overall the food was nice but the service was terrible. Won’t be going back.

Excellent. Love the natural materials used in products. Long lasting items which wear well. Easy to order and get updates on delivery times.

Have several already but this item was returned as the colour was wrong with what I had wanted to put it with .

Appalling service. The first order was cancelled due to poor stock control despite an email confirming dispatch. The second order contained the incorrect item. I have emailed and been trying to phone constantly for 2 days to arrange return postage, with no response. THEY IGNORE CUSTOMERS - BUY AT YOUR PERIL

I love Lazy Jacks men’s zip-up fleeces, from the winter range. They last long, look amazing in the Marine and Oatmeal colours - not only that, they’re very warm and comfy… i basically live in it!

Speedy delivery. Easy website to navigate around. Nice quality clothing and a good variety of items to choose from.

The coat is 5 stars but my experience of receiving it brings it down. Personally I won't order through their website again, I understand they are a small company but surely that should mean that their customer service is excellent because they are competing against bigger brands.

The size 8 fit perfectly I like the adjustable cuffs and all the pockets are handy. The logo is embroidered on which feels sturdy and I like the branding on the collar.
