I would not hesitate to recommend Anam and Quang who did a great job helping me get through the finish line of purchasing my first home. As a first-time buyer, the conveyance process can sometimes feel long and cumbersome, but they put me at ease by providing thorough explanations and reassurance at every step. The report provided by Anam was very detailed and at the same time clear and concise. It helped me to understand the possible risks related to buying a property in London. Quang clarified the legal differences between the completion date and the exchange of contracts's date which was not clear to me and also quickly reported the arrival of funds so I did not have to spend days waiting for a final confirmation. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

Abigail Bird at Laurus solicitors gave the most thorough and sensitive advice while I went to her to make a Will and LPA - these are delicate matters for anybody who would like guidance and assurance for the present and future. Abigail has an immaculate attention to details and her explanations both in person or by email were easy to understand and her instructions were clear and sensitive. Her humour and friendliness also added to the process being painless. The charges compared to others I have come across were very reasonable. I feel confident that all my wishes with documents lodged at Laurus would be expertly carried out by Abigail and her colleagues. Highly recommended.

Laurus provided solicitation for my house sale and did an excellent job. Communication was good throughout and any issues were dealt with in a prompt and friendly manner.

Laurus Law were very helpful in getting our purchase over the line apart from a couple of glitches at the outset. I suspect that difficulties with the other side complicated matters. Overall the service was good and effective with helpful input and guidance from Lauren Lambourne.

I have not had great experiences previously with conveyancers, especially one's recommended by estate agents, but Laurus were pretty good. Communication was excellent - I dealt with Anam, Quang and Emma. The company are not the cheapest, but then again you get what you pay for. Buying and selling property is stressful enough so it's worth paying a bit extra to smooth things. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Laurus!

We were pushed by Marsh & Parsons to choose Laurus in order to purchase our property.
To sum up, we found it overpriced.
We had a clear phone call before signing. Overpromising and what was included before signing the contract miraculously turned out to be added/extra charges after we signed the contract.
We received a final invoice, which we paid, and when asking 'Can you please provide us with a proper breakdown of the bill as these 2 lines are very vague', we never heard from them.
Do not recommend.
