I used Cavendish to undertake the conveyancing of my father‘s house. The service was provided through their Cavendish app which kept me up-to-date with would’ve been done and what still needed doing. Danielle and Jenani also sent messages through the app which was really useful. All the documents were in one place. The service was professional, very friendly and would certainly recommend them.

Kehinde and Sagina were great throughout dealing with both our sale and purchase cases! Couldn’t fault anything, everything went smoothly, thanks again!

I used Cavendish Legal Group for a property purchase through my limited company. I paid extra for their “digital journey” service, but I didn’t feel this was worth the additional cost. Communication started off reasonably well, but gradually became slower, and I often had to chase for updates. At one point, I had to email a solicitor directly just to get a reply.

My main contact was Jack Carnell, but I didn’t feel I had much direct contact with him at all throughout the process. In contrast, paralegal Nilgun Kanidagli was very responsive and helpful. She consistently sent updates whenever I asked and was by far the most reliable person I dealt with.

The delays were stressful and nearly caused me to miss my mortgage offer expiry on 9 March. We only managed to exchange and complete on the same day a couple of weeks before the deadline. As I was both the seller of the property and the director of the limited company buying it, I felt the process could have moved much faster, especially since I was already able to provide the information they requested. At times it felt like some of this was overlooked, which added to the wait and the stress.

Overall, I would recommend Nilgun Kanidagli, but I found the firm’s pace and responsiveness disappointing.
